Very friendly hotel. We arrived very early and they accommodated us including breakfast. They have also looked after our bags whilst we go to the salt flats.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is close to the termini and within an hours walk to the Vatican and all other popular sights. I will definitely try to stay here again when back in Rome

Very quick at response, I had to check in early a day before. Paid extra 10$ For early check in 6am, After 6am is different price please contact them before coming. Laundry are available 1kg for 15Bob Morning breakfast is at rooftop experience sunny and town view of La Paz, it’s light meal in the morning. I liked the people they always welcome you :) The place was so convenient I took taxi only 3 time, other walk or cable car 10-20min walk depends on the color of the cable car.

Great spot
Excellent hotel in the middle of town. Friendly helpful staff and we had a room with a nice view and cable TV with lots of Spanish chanels. Great value.

Good stay in the city center
Very convenient and safe location. Located just right in the witches market. Safely walkable to most attractions as well as the red line cable car for a city view. Many good restaurants around. Stay lively even at night. Within pick-up areas for most tour operators. Very nice and welcoming staffs. Basic room but comfy and clean. Stable hot shower at all time. Adequate heater in winter. Toiletries provided. Elevator available for heavy luggages.

Living with the locals
Clean room, clean communal areas, lift, with complimentary breakfast. Great value for money due to its location and reasonable nightly rate. Obviously has signs of wear and tear especially in the shower area, but not sufficient to put us off.

Very good stay!
I had my best stay so far in South America in this place. It has a heater in the room which is fantastic and hot water with good water pressure. Room was clean, breakfast was good. The location is just in the middle of witches market and you can get everywhere easily.

Good value central rooms, lovely staff & heating
-good value single room with comfy bed, hot water and heating with no time limits. Lift access to all floors so handy with heavy bags. Windows in bathroom and bedroom. -very central location right on the witches market but not noisy and single rooms are at the rear so very quiet. Within 2 block max of all tour agencies, restaurants etc. -good WiFi -really lovely staff who speak English. I stayed 5 nights over 3 visits and they were happy to store my bag and arrange a taxi. -good security, main door is locked at night with a buzzer which is answered immediately by night receptionist. They note when you collect your key. As a single traveller I felt more than comfortable there and within the local area. -breakfast included but very basic (7:30-9:30) Bread, jam and bananas. Nice view from terrace on breakfast area. Only improvements would be English instructions for heating as it’s a gas heater and quite a knack to get going and didn’t want to gas myself! Hot water takes a long time to run through but is good when it gets going and curtain needed to cover glass bricks as quite bright in the morning. Otherwise really happy with my stay hence the return visits :)

This property, good for all your looking for from shops dinning, and only walking distance from everything! And the good things is the owners, they are very nice helpful and friendly. Especially the lady owner she's absolutely amazing she's always make sure everything is good while your staying in this property, the rooms clean nice and comfortable bed, with the great views from the entire city,

A budget hotel in a good location at a fair price.
The location of this hotel is excellent for tourists, being very close to the witches' market and walkable to all of La Paz's attractions. This inevitably means that there is significant noise during the day, but it gets quiet at night. The room was clean and comfortable. The WiFi was workable. Breakfast was really pleasant in its rooftop location, and we loved the views from up there. I would happily stay there again if I ever return to La Paz.

I never leave reviews, but I wanted to say #1 reason to book this hotel is they have hot water and Heaters! Andean hotels rarely have either, this is why i booked and im so happy. Also they let me check in Very early for free when I returned from uyuni. and stored my luggage for me while I was there. very happy with the hotel

This hotel was right in the heart of the witches market. The hotel itself was fairly nice. The temperature of the water was not consistent. The washroom was really small and did not have any counter space for anything. Definitely not a luxury hotel, but nice enough for a couple nights stay.

Great location, arrived at 3am and the door opened as soon as we rang the bell. Reliable! The lady ?owner did the breakfast which was great variety and had beautiful view of La Paz. She said she spoke a little English, but her English was great, told us about places to visit and eat at in La Paz and prices for different things. Held our bags for the whole day safely. Also booked a taxi for us when ours didnt turn up and then made sure it was all ok when they arrived. Very welcoming and owners very friendly. And with the great price, it's a perfect place to stay. It is up the hill but it's fine to walk up at a steady pace!

Great Stay
Stayed here for two nights after returning from the Amazon I was previously in La Paz for a week and I had stayed here during that week. The hotel is clean, friendly staff, hot water in the shower and tap. Bed was comfortable and WiFi was excellent. I was able to check in early and check out late. Excellent location along the witches market and restaurants and no noise at night.

Very accommodating staff - i checked in and out very early in the morning and they are very willing! Very clean and good breakfast with an excellent view of the city. The terrace is accessible at night if you want to see the city lights! Right in the middle of the witches' market but it's quiet at night so you get a good sleep.

Very nice hotel, safe and secure. Elevator nice surprise after dragging our luggage up and down stairs all over Sth America. Breakfast very good. Bed comfy, shower good. Very good central location. No problems - we bused there with Bolivia Hop and although the bus could not turn into the smaller street, the guide walked us and our luggage straight to the hotel.

Excellent little hotel at the Witches Market
Perfect little hotel in the heart of La Paz. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they assured me of a safe arrival at 3 am. Just ring the bell and they will answer. The breakfast was basic but very good. Easy walking distance to Plaza San Francisco. If you're concerned about the lack of a heater, you can request one at the desk.

Clean,comfy and quiet!
Great location right on the witches market and close to good restaurants. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfy. No noise at night which was great seeing as it's in the city. Breakfast was good up on the roof terrace and the staff were friendly. The shower wasn't hot but manageable. Perfect place to spend a few nights in La Paz.

Nice hotel for English speaking travelers
Clean, comfort room with sufficient warm water. Friendly staff speaks fluent English. Elevator was very help to get up floor especially in the high altitude city. It located in witch's market, some noise and steep road is only shortage for older people.

Nice stay
Close to the center of La Paz and also what I needed to do. The hotel is small and the sliding doors to the outside weren't in the best conditions, but overall the hotel was fine for what I needed. A lot of people complained about the size of the rooms and bathrooms - but seeing as I am not sleeping in the bathroom I don't see what the complaint was about and the room was more than adequate for sleeping and leaving my luggage in

Perfect hotel right next to the Witch Market
We stayed 2 nights first and came back another night after a trip in Uyuni. The rooms were excellent, with confortable beds, hot shower, friendly staff and what a view on the terrace! Excellent breakfast in the morning (more things then elsewhere in other hotels!) Thanks to the amazing people who received us, and great attention to keep our luggages safe while we went on a 3 day expedition.

I highly recommend this Hotel for 1 night a more than a week. Delicious breakfast in the terrace with a nice view, close to historical center and Tour Agencies pick you up without any problem. So what are you waiting for ??...;0)

The rooms are tiny, cold, and the bed is uncomfortable. The hotel did not provide a bath towel, and I had to request for toilet paper. The listing states that they have laundry service; however, when I asked for this, the staff sent me down the street to a laundry mat. I asked the staff if there was a spa close by and told me to go to a specific hotel with a spa. I requested that they cLl and make an appropriate for me, and the staff told me "no". I walked all the way to the other hotel with spa to find out that they don't actually have a spa. The front desk staff were often talking and laughing so loud that I could hear them from my room. I would not recommend this place whatsoever.

Clean and welcoming hotel.
Very well located hotel in heart of Witches Market, central La Paz. Convenient for shopping, visiting city centre, Mercredo etc. Small and welcoming hotel with very friendly and helpful staff who did all they could to help us enjoy our stay. Rooms are clean and functional with good showers and cable tv. Night staff kindly made big breakfast for us at 5am to ensure we didn't leave hungry for early morning departure on last day. Highly recommend.

Good hotel in the middle of the tourist market area, lots of restaurants nearby and close to other attractions. View from rooftop breakfast area is impressive, breakfast was good. Room is clean and fairly spacious. Shower water temp was always warm, never really hot. Wifi worked very well.

A Pleasant Experience
The hotel was clean, comfortable and safe. We stayed there twice. The first time we had a large room and it was very spacious. The second time the room was smaller. Rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and washrooms are small but functional. The breakfast in the morning is good and Fanny, the owner of the hotel goes out of her way to help you. You can meet her at breakfast and she will give you advice if needed. She took my wife shopping to buy blankets, and helped us get a taxi in time of need. The hotel front door is monitored 24X7 by the reception and never left unlocked.

Nice hotel and very clear
I put my big luggage in the front desk for two days for free. And the owner was very nice. She gave me lots of tips to look around the city. And showed me every place are worthy to go on the map.

Nice spacious room but didn't get serviced in the 5 nights we stayed. Breakfast was poor, we only went once then decided to give it a miss. Staff friendly, good location. Lift is a bonus. You have to wait for someone to unlock the outer door so you can leave. An inconvenience and a fire hazard.

Thank you for your review. We are glad you found some things pleasant. We are trying to make breakfast better, it varies everyday or so, so maybe the day you tried it wasn't a big one, our apologies. We are coming up with a solution for the door, we understand the inconvenience, and our apologies again. The door will soon have a number keypad and we will be giving our guests a pin or a key fob to open it at any time.

This hotel is not for the first visiter to Bolivia nither a Businessperson, they should live in the south of La Paz, the location of this hotel is an Old La Paz where lots of traffic pollutions, hills street where you feel tired immediately, no proper restaurants, no Intercom, no room service,

Our hotel is located in the most touristy and historic area of La Paz and provides all the basic needs and more of first time visitors to Bolivia at a low price. You can find great restaurants near by. There is no room service, but that is reasonable for the price point we offer.
