"It's difficult to articulate. Brilliant, wonderful, amazing, excellent, get me a thesaurus just to add to this list. From the second we arrived until the second we left the staff were there to make sure that we were looked after and happy. They quite literally can't do enough for you. "We paid for 2 studios/apartments but on arrival they would only allow us to have the 1. They also charged us €40 for having a friend around to the room on 2 occasions. One bed had a dip in it and our room wasn’t cleaned for the whole duration of our stay. There was no hot water in the shower and the fridge was also broken. We were only allowed 1 room key which meant we couldn’t use the air con unless we were in the room. We also got woken up twice at 8am every day by the owners.. disappointed to...

"This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. We were lucky enough to stay for 2 nights in a room with a private pool that was perfect for chilling off in the heat and then 2 nights in a ground floor room with a cute little terrace. The decor is great in both rooms, the beds are comfortable and the AC was a welcome addition. Although there is no reception Chris who manages the hotel was so friendly and helpful, and is always close by if you need anything. Bonus points for the little black cat...

"The room was basic but clean and did have a fridge which was useful. There was music on every night in the bars down on the beach which our room was facing that went on until around midnight. Location was excellent very close to the beach (20m?) and not too close to the busy strip but within easy walking distance if you do want to go there. Hotel pool was clean. All the staff were really friendly and made for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was continental and was nice. We didn't need it but if...
