"I’ve stayed her multiple times and always have had a lovely experience. Rooms are clean, spacious and updated. On this occasion in particular, they found out it was my birthday and went above and beyond. Left a sweet treat in my room upon arrival and gave us a free drink at the bar. "Great hotel, good location close to Westminster and central London. We stayed in a suite which was furnished to a high standard. The executive breakfast was superb, a range of food options on the buffet, a spacious area and great views from the 12th floor to enjoy! Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon."
