Over Rated Over Priced Will Not Stay Here Again
The only nice about this place is the room which is new. But the balcony looked like it was never been washed. It was dusty. Water from the toilet was always yellow and dirty. Breakfast wasn't nice at all. Not much selection, bad and slow service, hygiene obviously not on their priority. We paid about MYR1500 per night and absolutely over rated. Not worth the price paid. We stayed 2 nights and wished we never did. The reception counter both at check in and check out was so slow and unprofessional. Photos on their website is so misleading/ We definitely will NOT be coming back to this hotel.

I travel all over the world 7 to 9 months a year.on pleasure. This hotel is relaxing with excellent food. The management are customer driven. Period.

Super Familienvilla im Resort
Wir haben für 10 Personen (Grossfamilie mit Grosseltern) die Villa gebucht, da ein grosses Wohnzimmer und ein privater Pool wichtig war. Die Villa hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Im ersten Eindruck sehr gross und im zweiten Stock mit Ankleidezimmer und grosses Bad schon etwas dekadent. Es war alles vorhanden, der Service war schnell und hilfreich. Zwar ist der Strand etwas weiter, aber das Hotel hat einen Buggy Service. Etwas negativ war, dass zur Zeit viele andere Villen ausgebaut werden, auch das Hotel renoviert wird. Es herrscht demnach Baulärm, auch wenn das Hotel dies vorher angekündigt hat. Die Lage ist ok, da Grab Taxis leicht zu finden sind, die wenigen Restaurant sind fussläufig zu erreichen, sonst muss man stets ein Taxi nutzen. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist ok, es ist jedoch kein Infiniti-Pool. Da wir in der Villa einen Privatpool hatten, haben wir den Pool des Hotels kaum genutzt. Das Hotel Frühstück entsprach Standard, die Auswahl war nicht so gross und einige Gerichte wurden auch nicht mehr am späten Morgen aufgefüllt. Insgesamt zu empfehlen für Grossfamilien, die am Abend nicht auf ihren Hotelzimmern verweilen wollen.

Nous sommes vraiment enchanté de notre séjours . L'hôtel est vraiment magnifique : les chambres sont grandes et lumineuse avec imun balcon immense. Tout le monde est adorable et le buffet incroyable. L'hôtel est très bien situé et je vois recommande quasiment en face les restaurant BOBI pour de la cuisine authentique .

Wait till it finished
There was no mention of the fact this hotel was unfinished, partially a building site. Lots of things not working, like the lift, jacuzzi and one of the restaurant. Building workers all over the place. Location is good, noise from noisy bars on the road side of the hotel from 10pm -2am. Breakfast was a bit disappointing not up to a 5 stars standard.
