Thank you very much Susan for giving me such a great review! I really like reading such detailed reviews. I am sure it will be very useful for other travelers who want to visit Puerto del Carmen. As you well comment, the car is not necessary thanks to the fantastic location of my apartment. In any case, there are many car rental houses in the area. So an alternative is to rent a car only on the days that will take advantage of it. At night, it is much easier to find street parking, which is free. And during the day it is always possible to park for free inside the parking lot of the Biosphera Shopping Center which is a short walk away (it is closed at night). It was a pleasure to host you! The arrival time is not a problem for me. Upon arrival, you will always find some welcome drinks in the fridge. Sorry that this time the water was missing carelessly. Andrew and his family are lovely hosts. I especially liked that they appreciate all the work and affection put into the apartment reform. They were very careful with the apartment. I hope they became regular guests.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung Ich bin froh, dass Ihnen die Dekoration der Wohnung gefallen hat und dass Sie sie schön fanden. Es tut mir leid, dass Sie Probleme mit dem Lärm während Ihres Aufenthalts hatten. Die Wohnung ist komplett mit hochwertigen Materialien renoviert. Die Fenster sind schallisoliert und haben Fensterläden aus Aluminium. Dies mildert Straßenlärm. Diese Wohnung hat viele ausgezeichnete Bewertungen erhalten und der Lärm ist kein Problem, das frühere Kommentare erhalten hat. Jorge
