Totally relaxing
What a find! Lovely apartment, every amenity you need, including sun loungers and very much needed parasol. Dolores always prompt answering queries. Super friendly quiet complex, 5 minutes walk from bars and restaurants. We will definitely return.

Best stay in Lanzarote
First time staying at an apartment in Lanzarote compared to staying in hotels normally this was better than a hotel 100%, the location was very good near all the shops within a 5 minute walking distance and also near the beach which was also good, the pool at the complex was very good as well, the inside of the apartment was lovely and felt you were at home away from home it was so clean and no more you could ask for.i would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a quite place cause this does check off the boxes and I can't wait to stay here again.

The property is in a great location, only a 7 minute to the main strip and sandy beaches. Plenty of shops and eating places to choose from. Local buses and taxis run regular services if you want to explore the island. l would have given a 5, but because we are elderly and had a 3 week stay we had nights in. The problem with this was there was a dog barking for some time every night.

Had a great stay at the apartment. Fantastic location to the strip with plenty of free parking if you hire a car. The apartment was well equipped and in a quiet location. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and tidy and was ready at 11am for us which we was happy , Road was busy at night but we were sleeping earlier , need €1 coins for air conditioning meter which is fair considering charges for power these days Pool was lovely , had to ourselves , would go again

Had a lovely stay at these apartments, close to all amenities, shops,restaurants,bars just 5 minutes walk away 😊 pool was lovely in the heat wave that we were having, lots of friendly people around, will definitely be going again. Everything you need for a great vacation.

Positives..very clean & spacious. Has everything you could possibility need. Very helpful manager if you need her. Little, well stocked shop near by with long opening hours. 10 minutes walk to town/casino area. Big fridge/freezer. Great, easy to get into pool. Negatives...some apartments look a bit rough andd there was loud music coming from some of them til late for a couple of nights. The water is scalding hot so take care. Negatives...

My wife and I stayed here for 18 nights from 3rd to 21st July to for our 50th wedding anniversary. We were met by Doloras who was very helpful checking us in and we were pleasantly surprised that she had provided wine & chocolates in the fridge to celebrate our anniversary. The apartment is spotless clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is excellent with many bars and restaurants on the strip less than 5 minutes away. It is a secure private complex with many of the residents living on site. The pool is right outside and with the very hot weather it was a perfect temperature to cool down. The pool maintenance man came and cleaned the pool most days and kept the gardens well watered. The only fault that we encountered was neighbours above kept playing very load music that kept thumping through from above. I contacted Marcial to advise of this and he very kindly sent his son, Alesandro round to speak with them and they did turn the sound down but turned up again a few days later. This is the only problem that we had and we tried hard not to let it spoil our stay. The apartment has two decent sized bedrooms and plenty of storage space including a safe in one of the wardrobes. Many thanks for having us.

Perfect stay
From booking to arriving the experience was easy. The communication from the owner was spot on. On arrival we were met by Dolores, she gave us a tour, showing us how everything worked etc. The apartment was just as the photos,lovely and spacious, clean and very well located. The pool is literally right outside. It was cold but not horribly freezing, refreshing. There are a few pools, one further down to the left, perfect for swimmers and another across the road where the complex continues. The complex is quiet, just what we had hoped for. The people staying either side were lovely, the guy next door is a permanent resident who is full of great information and a lovely guy to chat too. Everyone was super friendly who walked by. It was a secure complex, a key is needed to get in and out. Apartment has an alarm system, safe and air con(1 euro for over an hour) the kitchen was well stocked and plenty towels had also been provided. The beds were so comfy, we were so relieved. The location is superb. 5 min walk from the main strip of bars and restaurants. Plenty to choose from for all appetites. We had a great week and will definitely book again.

Lovely comfortable apartment close to main strip
Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed two weeks here. Only negative was pool wasn’t heated but we went to the centre d’esportivo near Fariones Hotel for 12€ each. Beaches lovely and clean 10.5€ for two sunbeds and umbrella. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Indian - Tamasha highly recommended and Greek Sebastyan’s delicious. Luna was great for paella and steak. El Niño for tapas fabulous.

A lovely apartment.Right by the seafront.But,far enough to have no noise.The apartment is great.Comfy beds,an oven,large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, large T.V.Everything you need when staying in your own apartment.Two spacious bedrooms. A good power shower too.We have stayed here several times &, if there is another apartment as good as this one, please tell me where.Excellent.

All in all very good. 5 mins walk to beachfront bars. My only complaint is that the residents of 301 would let people in to use the pool who were not residents and they would take over for hours at a time meaning that no one else could swim. There didn’t appear to be anyone on site to complain to.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT
Myself and my friend stayed here for 6 nights in June 2022 and from start to finish it was perfect. Communication with the owner was excellent as was the check-in process with Doloras who was super helpful. The apartment is spotlessly clean with absolutely everything you need and the beds are by far the comfiest I have ever had on a holiday! The location is excellent with the bars and restaurants just a 5 minute walk away. Myself and my husband holiday in PDC all of the time and I would definitely stay here again. Roomy and very secure apartment with an alarm system and a safe. Located in easy walking of front and shops in a community which included families who live there all the time and so there was some noise from the children playing sometimes. This didn’t bother us but it isn’t a traditional holiday complex. While the apartment is well equipped generally the kitchen lacks some basics in terms of cooking pots and the sun beds don’t have any comfortable cushions so are extremely hard and not really useable. Overall we had a lovely time.

PERFECT
Prior to arrival, the owner was easy to contact and very accommodating. On arrival to a spotless comfortable apartment, we were met by Dolores and her partner with a welcome pack of beers, water, wine, biscuits, and oranges fresh from their own garden. On inspection, the apartment could not have been cleaner and everything that was needed was provided. The tv had the basic UK stations, BBC, ITV, etc. The shared pool was excellent although very cold as it is not heated. The current pictures on VRBO are old and the pool now has a very secure gated fence surrounding it. It is a 3 - 4 minute walk to the seafront which brings you out by the casino. The beds were comfortable if a little firm. The two bedrooms have air conditioning which costs 1 euro for 3 hours, it is very effective if needed. The sitting room has two comfortable chairs and a normal settee (not the wooden arm one shown in the pictures), although the settee was very low and at times hard to get up from. The WiFi worked perfectly. In conclusion, I would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again as the service and apartment were perfect. Thank you to Marcial the owner and Dolores the manager (and her partner).

My sister and I stayed for a week in november and had an excellent holiday. Apartment was 5 minute walk from the main strip and the beach. Great to have the pool on our doorstep which was cleaned regularly although quite cool this time of year but we still utilised it! Sunbeds on the patio which had the sun all day. Apartment very clean and well maintained we had everything we needed. Would definitely book again.

I was very happy with the contact from the owner and the meet and greet by Dolores, who came earlier than planned because we were landed and out of the airport quicker than expected. The apartment was very good and it was nice that there was coffee available and sugar. But the Spar is literally 3 mins walk down the road. Also the main bars and restaurants are 5 mins away. There was plenty of room for my Husband and I. The patio area, gets the sun most of the day and can get quite hot. The shower had very good pressure. There was no one in after us, so we could stay until we were due at the airport. We had a really pleasant holiday.

Good value apartment
The apartment is spacious, well equipped and in a good location. The pool is fenced/gated which is obviously a health and safety measure. Dolores, the agent, is wonderful. I left my phone in the apartment and she came to the airport to find me. I don't know many other people who would do that. She gets my vote every time.

We’ve holiday’d in this area before so we know where most things we need are located. The apartment has two decent sized bedrooms one with a double the other with two singles, including patio doors which open on to a patio facing the pool. The bathroom is a decent size with a roomy shower, & there is also a washing machine in there which is handy. The only issue is when sitting on the toilet you arm is up against the shower door. The living room/kitchen is comfortable & has everything you need, including a dining table & four chairs The patio doors open from the living room on to patio where there is a table & four chairs where we had breakfast every morning, & the pool is directly outside which was great. We hired a car & never had any problem getting a parking space very close by. The owner & others involved in our stay were very helpful & friendly & were quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our visit. There were four of us sharing the apartment with enough room for all of us & we had to use the A/C at night as it got very warm, there is a coin operated machine in the bathroom for its use, think we spent three or four euros per night to keep us cool. We would visit again but if there was only two of us we would probably go for a one bed apartment to reduce the cost. Thanks for having us.

Wow! The location and the property were perfect in everyway. From the first email to the day we left, all my questions were answered and there was nothing More we could of asked for. Lovely little apartment
Stayed here with 2 friends for my 50th birthday. The apartment is lovely, really clean and so easy to check in. The outside space of the terrace is great and having a couple of loungers was perfect. The location is slightly set back from the front but only a 5-7 mins stroll and you are at the front. Wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Communication with property management excellent. 2min walk to front if that and if you hire a car no trouble parking beside apartment. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay!

This apartment was for us, perfectly located so as to be close enough to the town but just far enough away to relax and enjoy the sun away from the bars restaurants and beaches. The pool just outside the patio area was what initially sold it to us in the first instance so we were disappointed to learn a few days before our stay that we would not be able to use it as it had been emptied for repair work but there was another pool within the complex that we were told we could use if we wanted. The Spar supermarket is just short walk to the end of the road very convenient when self catering. Mirtill was very prompt with email responses to any queries relating to our booking and we were met on our arrival by Delores who very kindly ordered a taxi for our early morning return trip to the airport - thank you. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others

Excellent place to stay.
Had a two and a half week stay in this apartment at the beginning of August . It is absolutely fantastic. We are a family of 5 and there was more than enough room for us all. Dolores was waiting for us on arrival and she had us settled in very swiftly. As most of the units are privately owned it is very quiet on site and there was never an issue for a sun lounger. The apartment has two of its own in any case. I had a little gripe that the pool wasn't being cleaned as much as it could be. A quick message to Mirtil and the next day the maintenance chaps got their act together. There is no cleaning service and you need to do it all yourself during your stay. We were provided with all the cleaning materials we needed, clean sheets and loads of spare towels. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet base but close to all the action of Puerto del Carmen - 10 minutes and you're on the strip. Air conditioning is 1€ for two hours. We used it most nights as it was very humid. 4€ lasted the night through. I love this place and would definitely book to stay here again.

Great apartment, excellent for families.
Travelled with my husband and 3 children ranging in age from 4 to 9months. High chair and travel cot were provided free of charge. Very clean apartment meeting all our needs. Location is great, just a 5 min walk from the beach. Dolores met us on arrival and went through all the need to knows. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely apartment, very very clean and well equipped. The internet connection was brilliant which was great for teenagers. Dolores met us on arrival and was very helpful. We were able to stay late on our day of departure and Dolores arranged a taxi for us. The neighbours on the complex were all very friendly. The pool was cleaned every morning. It was a short walk to the strip & supermarkets. I highly recommend this apartment and hope to return next year. Jane & family
