"I went with siblings we were all provided rooms on one floor. It was spacious for our needs. Good amenities in the room. I have curly hair and there was a diffuser!!!!. Each room has its own balcony and all the seats and bed was super comfortable. My only minor criticism was that the shower takes a little while to heat up as it’s split power and the tank is at the top of the roof. "

"I stayed whilst on holiday to Cyprus I really liked how close it was to the bus stop which will get you to Nicosia, ayia Napa and limasoll I found it very easy to find if you are coming from the airport bus 425 drops you off at st Helena church go through the churches gate you will find a lift on the concourse take it to the third floor collect your keys there is also a good discount supermarket across the road I definitely would stay here again "

"Sold as 'entire apartment', but it is anything BUT! You have a tiny room entirely taken up by the bed, and EVERYTHING ELSE IS SHARED! And not guests, but long term residents who were cooking fish when I arrived (I smelt it the moment the lift door open - which also stank of very recently burned cigarette smoke!), along with doing mounds of laundry (strewn all over the 'kitchen' floor!). The balcony was full of ashtrays full of cigarettes, but I was just generally shocked by the whole thing........

"Was pretty ok, a few problems was none of the drawers or cabinets were cleaned in either the bedrooms or kitchen and were really gross inside; there were no extra pillows blankets, or even towels. The Wi-Fi wasn’t super strong so you’d have to be in the same room for it to work at a functional speed. Also the TV was tiny. But I can’t deny the location is pretty insane, right in the center of town where many places are only a 10 +\- minute walk. "

"This a great villa with the beach literally a stones throw away. It's very spacious (we were a party of 7) inside and out. There are some parts of the villa that need some repairs when we were there (around the pool). There is not much around the villa but there is a restaurant within walking distance. We hired a car an explored the local area and drove to Ayia Napa. Larnaca itself is very nice with lots of bars and restaurants. This is one of the best we've stayed. I would recommend it."
