First we entered no greet reception guy very rude,room stinks badly asked housekeeping to spray air freshener as dirty carpets so no air freshener works. Nothing nearby in walking not convenient location . Please think before booking .

Parking is very good . Even though we didn’t use shuttle service I noticed that they were efficient. Only one front desk person when we checked in around 8 pm and there was a very long line at the front desk. Front desk agent got overwhelmed and confused

This is not a hotel, it can’t be…. I had a terrible experience with them that did cost me almost $380 for 1 night. While booking one night through Expedia I made a mistake in the dates and 3 minutes later ( from 18 to 19 April) they said go back to Expedia who informed me that such mistakes happen and not to worry, the hotel will understand and be helpful. Meanwhile, they recommended to make another booking for the one night with the correct dates at the same hotel. I accepted so I can prove to the management there that it was a mistake and here I am showing on the correct date. Once I arrived I asked to solve my case and refund the night that I booked by mistake. The front desk told me that it was not his business and his accounting department are off till Monday . I told him I will be leaving on Saturday but he insisted to help. The next day I left hoping that my little issue will be solved easily since I made another booking. Surprisingly, I received an email from Expedia saying that the hotel refused …!!!!!! This is completely unacceptable wether by the hotel or by Expedia who should be supporting there clients and members against this kind of irresponsible behavior from a hotel … I will never booking through the app again … am really disappointed.

Way overpriced for what it is. If you only a place for one night it’s fine. My issue was the shuttle service from the airport. I waited an hour and a half and called multiple times and ended up taking an Uber. There was 2 other people in the same situation because they don’t tell you a different shuttle with a different name on it will pick you up. I will never stay here again.

Only thing was I had to wait for my airport shuttle when I arrived at 21:30 it was 38 degrees so wasn’t very pleasant waiting for an hour and half. Problem was I did not have any cellphone coverage as I don’t have an international plan and came from Bahamas. Was a last minute booking and message them online but that didn’t work well had to call the number on the booking..

We stayed two nights. Coffee, tea and water always available. Excellent location. Walking distane to restaurant and shopping. Front desk staff wascsiper helpful. I would highly recommend.

Fine for what it is. a budget hotel near the airport, shuttles ran efficiently.. Not much to do in walking distance fast food and a mall. Nice helpful staff.

I didn’t know what to expect, was but was so pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff were; (Joe is the best!) & how clean the entire hotel was. I felt completely safe. They have a great laundry facility. (Bring lots of quarters) Costco literally next door! I have stayed at quite a few hotels by JFK , but I would definitely stay here again!
