The listing on this website is A LIE. It twice says there is an elevator. There is NO ELEVATOR. My family and I were defrauded into staying here, dragging heavy bags up two flights of stairs. I am 60 years old and walk with a cane. Either a ground-floor room or an elevator are imperative. If we were not lied to, we would have stayed elsewhere. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE LIARS!

fine and a place to sleep just very basic. Couldn't get aircon working. nice shower. toilet didn't flush. good and easy communication beforehand and security guard around on arrival which was helpful and reassuring. Parking easy and free.

Great stop over for families with tasty breakfast
Very good stop over in a convenient location when travelling from Calais to the Vendee. The room was good, the children like the mezzanine arrangement and there is enough space for 4 if you aren't spending much time in the room. The breakfast was tasty, fresh and excellent value. The breakfast area is quite small and there were queues once it got busy, but staff were very helpful and friendly, refilling items promptky when they ran out and emptying the coffee machine drip tray etc. My only worry in advance was getting hold of an automated code to check in after hours. I could not get through to the hotel by phone, and bo over was supplied when I booked. I had to ask hotels.com to email the hotel to get the code. But the hotel replied quickly with the code and entry was no problem on arrival. If you are travelling with children I recommend you don't book breakfast via hotels.com because they seemed to be charging full adult price for all travellers. If you pay at the hotel it is €8.50 for adults and €4 for kids aged 10 and under.

We booked as a quick overnight stay. Reception area nice and modern and clean however the rooms are somewhat different. Room door would not close unless pulled (from the outside) or pushed (from the inside) with some persuasion, room smelled stale, the cleanliness was below average and on the small side, shower was Very dated and the drain was partially blocked as the shower tray soon filled up with water, the liquid soap supplied was near on empty. We did find the bed hard but comfortable. The surrounding general area seems run down so we did wonder if our bikes would still be attached to the car the following day! (they were). Would not stay here again.

Great little find
I wanted somewhere for one night to break up a long drive from the UK to Brittany and this was perfect. The room was small but spotlessly clean and the hotel seemed to be brand new. There was no bat tub but the shower was hot and powerful. The one member of staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. I didn’t book breakfast when I booked the room online and was glad I didn’t because paying at the venue was half the price at €6.95. I would highly recommend this place for a stop off; it’s very good value for money.

Room could be a bit clearer.
Room was a bit dirty. Not filthy but things like the shower curtain needed replacing, room needed a proper cleaning not just a wipe over and so on. Receptionist wasn't the friendliest.

This hotel was a perfect overnight stop following a long journey and pre ferry the next day. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and did the job well for our family of four. The breakfast was also very reasonable and pleasant. No frills but good value and very practical.

Good access safe and secure parking easy check in. Family rooms on second floor all rooms accessed from external balconies and external stairs. Found one way roads a little awkward to negotiate and the location meant driving a good distance through outskirts of Rouen city before rejoining main auto routes.

Good location for overnight stay.
Very welcoming and helpful receptionist. Comfortable bed and good quality bedding. Recommendation for adjacent restaurant with discount was helpful. We enquired about the signs seen regarding road closure the next morning and the receptionist found that the road would be closed in both directions from 8 am and then offered to make breakfast available 30 minutes earlier than usual. Unfortunately we were awoken at 2 am by someone patrolling outside our room talking extensively on a mobile phone. As the area is secured, we presume this to have been the security guard so we were not very happy as this disrupted our sleep for at least an hour.

Reasonably priced motel style stopover. Room wascompact and functional. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Staff helpful and friendly. For the price it was fine but I wouldn’t recommend it for an extended stay. We took up the offer of breakfast at 6 euros per person. This was continental with bac and scrambled eggs. It was hot but you’re advised to get there early. We can recommend the Chantegrill restaurant next door (they give 15%discount on production of your hotel bill)

Hotel located on main road, plenty of parking. Lovely staff. Located on 2nd floor but no lift. Had one of the split level apartments which felt smaller than the photos suggest. Small bathroom, I'm 6ft and found I had to sit on toilet at angle which was awkward. Bed quite firm. Breakfast as expected for a continental buffet. Couldn't give this hotel any more marks as it is a no smoking hotel but had to put up with people smoking outside our room all evening.

Great hotels for the traveller
We were very happy with our stay at this B&B hotel. This chain of hotels in France is very consistent with its quality and efficiency. We particularly like the excellent firm beds and quality linen. The rooms are invariably spotlessly clean. Rooms are on the small size but certainly suitable for a few nights. Another plus is the free Wifi which is strong enough for streaming video. Parking is free. Breakfast is also good value. Very happy to recommend.

Not if you look for a no-worry stay
No code received for a late check-in. After calling BB helpline, I was told I'd get the code when inserting my credit card to the entrance gate. I specifically asked the lady to confirm. Of course when arriving I got no code, even the night guard could not help me, and I spent 10 minutes, with my whole family in the car at 2am, before getting the hotel manager on the phone to obtain the code. For the rest it was ok, very comfy room and beds. At breakfast the lady did not refill bacon, eggs... Just one bowl for all. If you come after 9, it's just bread and cornflakes.

We arrived early, and a few hours later two families arrived which they placed either side of our room. There is only one window in the room which we needed to open for ventilation, and this window opens out to the corridor outside our room. The two families ran & shouted between their rooms, right outside our room until late in the evening. We didn't want to shut the window as then we would have been too warm.

Superb value. Needed a quiet stopover en route to south France and it was perfect. Compact and bijou but then we paid very little so expected. Air con worked a treat, clean room and lovely staff.

Great pit-stop with kids on the way South...
Our first experience of B&B hotels, and will book again. The room has a mezzanine level so teh kids can have their own space and the adults get a better night's sleep. A handy restaurant is next door, which offered a discount to hotel guests, and was perfctlt fine, The self-serve breakfast at the hotel next morning was also good value and well stocked. Reception staff also welcoming and friendly. A couple of hours or so from Calais, it makes a great pit-stop on the way to Southern France, especially if you have a couple of kids with you. Definitely recommended.

Well placed, simple motel style hotel.
We stayed for a night on way home to the ferry port. It is situated on an industrial park and doesn't have pleasant surroundings but has all you need for a short stopover- clean room & shower, quadruple rooms for an entire family & a McDonald's nearby! This hotel is functional & economical.

Good location but needs some updating
Convenient location less than 15 minutes from the historic Old City Center of Rouen. Many good, moderately-priced eateries nearby. Exterior of motel-style building in need of updating, but the room was very clean, the beds firm and the staff friendly. WiFi was spotty, but our biggest issue was with the room access. It required punching in an access code on the exterior door, and two nights when we returned after the front desk closed at 10 pm, we had real challenges getting the door to open. Replace the door access keypads and we would consider it a good value for the price.
