"We stayed accross the patron saint festival in town, so there were road closures. We were met a little out of town and given an escort in by Franzi and then he parked our car for us. "This apartment is wonderful in every way - it is located in a great location in the charming old town of Lecce, it has beautiful high cathedral ceilings and large windows, a spacious roof deck overlooking the city, a washer-dryer, and air-conditioning. We had booked a room overlooking the ampitheatre, and since they had a problem with plumbing at that property, we were seamlessly diverted to another apartment in the historic center. Owners rep. met us at a parking lot outside the walls of Lecce to meet and escort us to the apartment. Excellent hospitality!"

"The property is not as advertised! We were booked for a 3 night stay and advised property manager that we were going to check out after 2 hours. The property is advertised as 2 bedroom, but its actually a 1 bedroom with a sitting area. Its not well stocked for a stay i.e. one wine glass. The kitchen is a fridge and a hot plate. The toilet handle is broken and U have to fiddle with it to make it flush. We asked for 1 night back and we were told no, only to see it advertised again the next day...

"The location is great! Very near the historic centre. The place was very clean and communication and check in were easy! It’s a beautiful building and has a big patio, which is in the sun all day. However, it was decorated quite cheaply and there was nothing ‘extra’ provided.
