This is a very solid hotel which is quite closely situated to downtown. It's very close to the train/bus station/car rental which was great. There are close places to eat meals. The staff was really great and friendly!

I had a very good stay
The hotel is almost 90 years old (sincer 1932), so you have to admire first of all the good maintenance. The reception team îs very profesional, welcoming and careful. The cleaning team îs fast and highly efficient. The breakfast team is doing it's best, but overcrowded moments are difficult to handle. The location îs great, în San Marcos Grand Via. Leon îs charming. Yes, I would stay there again.

The hotel was a ok but the shower/bath was tiny and shower curtain stuck to you as you showered because it was so small. It was also looking a bit grubby and could do with redecorating. Also, because of the décor and flooring, the sound reverberates around the hotel and noisy guests coming in at 2 in the morning shouting makes it very unpleasant.

Charming older hotel with great staff!
This hotel was older but well maintained and clean. The bed was comfy, the shower was great and the front desk staff were kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing like the online photos!!
The ceiling was cracked, the curtain panel was ripped out of the wall, no a/c on a sweltering day. The a/c unit is in the room but wasn’t functional. Outdated fixtures and a bad smell. The bed is just a thin mattress on a platform frame, no box spring. As soon as I walked in, I wanted to leave but had already given my payment info. This place looks nothing like the pictures online. Also, even though it is just a half mile from city center, the walk felt unsafe for me at night and I was asked for money and cigarettes.

What a Lousy Hotel
This hotel is "skidding", if it is truly rated as 3-Star! The room was quite small and very poorly furnished - and the bathroom was little more than a closet: one had to "straddle" a pointed sink top to access the toilet. AND, there was no TV channel offering any English-language programs. This is the first hotel in Spain I've experienced that didn't offer at least one English language channel. I wouldn't stay there again - if you offered to pay me! You need to review this dump again....

El hotel no está mal para un par de días, pero deberían modernizar, puerta de entrada a la habitación, armario y quitar la cortina de baño por una mampara. Eso sí, la ubicación muy buena y tener una plaza de aparcamiento en la puerta gratis es un puntazo a favor.

En general es un hotel cómodo y bien situado. El personal es agradable y el desayuno es correcto. Debería mejorar el aspecto. Las habitaciones son antiguas y se nota que necesita un lavado de cara.

The location was in a good neighborhood and close to all. This hotel had a very helpful and friendly staff and a great breakfast! My single room was clean and adequate for my needs but a bit run down and old fashioned. Still, it was perfectly ok for my 3 night stay and comfortable.

Me gustó su limpieza, comodidad, lo agradable del personal pero las instalaciones son bastante antiguas, el ascensor hace ruidos raros para bajar, el baño huele mal las cañerías..

Bien pero necesita una reforma.
La situación muy buena como fuimos en fin de semana el parking de la ORA ya no contaba. La limpieza muy bien y el personal muy atento y amable, las camas estupendas. El hotel necesita una buena reforma sobre todo en los baños.

La amabilidad del personal al que hay que felicitar no compensa el deterioro del hotel en todos sus elementos: ducha, aire acondicionado, paredes a lo que hay que añadir el nulo aislamiento de las habitaciones.
