The property was not livable. When we pulled in, the front door was held closed with 2 bricks and was rotting on the bottom. We walked in the house and the smell of mold and mildew was so strong we couldn’t stay there. Holes in the walls, filthy couch, hanging electrical wires, hole in pipe fixed with duct tape!! We couldn’t stay. Got a hotel. Requested refund and have not received it! No communication from the hosts even though I received a response the day after and a personal call was promised. No call has been received. Very disturbing. We have pictures if anyone is interested.

Good value for stay in Lexington. We came in for our son’s soccer tournament and it was nice to all have our own room and have a fenced backyard for our dog. We took advantage of the location and did some shopping and eating downtown.

I stayed in Lexington for a week for my son’s surgery. This house had everything I needed. A nice back yard for my dog to romp and play. Close proximity to food and medical center Will definitely be back

Perfect for a 1 night stay
Lexington is the location of our grandkids swap with our kids. This was a perfect space for a quick overnight turnaround for us and the grandkids. We definitely appreciated the welcome ginger ale, water, bottles, chocolate, popcorn, and the stock of coffee and hot cocoa for the next morning.

We needed a place to stay one night in Lexington to attend a concert at Rupp Arena. This house was in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, very clean house, on the small side, but had everything we needed and more! Loved the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Would definitely book here again.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay!
We stayed at this property while visiting Lexington for a recent college visit to UK. The neighborhood was quiet, the property was clean and well designed. You could tell that the home is quite old, but the owners have done a good job of updating it. It was cozy and clean and perfect to bring our dog with us. Would stay there again!
