Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Nancy. Fumes from the construction in the next room affected our room, they were quick to make a room change. I appreciate the responsiveness in finding a solution quickly. The onsite driver to help with transportation was a big plus, made it very convenient for places further away. Would stay there again.

Enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza. Staff were excellent, friendly and very accommodating. The front desk, concierge and staff in restaurant made this an enjoyable experience along with all Lima had to offer.

Transportation provided at the hotel prey on guest. They charged more than double the amount of local taxi. the doors to the rooms were old they had to be slammed to close from the outside which is annoying at night as other go about their business. Bathroom fittings were loose

The best breakfast- great selections.Comfortable, clean room. Great bathroom set up, especially the shower. Staff friendly and professional. Luis was very helpful with information, advice. My wife and I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice and Safe Neighborhood
The hotel is close to eateries and retail establishments in a nice and safe neighborhood. The employees are helpful and kind. The room is spacious. The soap and shampoo dispensers are wall-mounted, and although the bathroom is large, it is devoid of some conveniences. Because of how they were installed against the wall, the pumps might become locked up and are challenging to operate. It's a pleasant hotel at a fair price.

Great stay. Great staff very helpful the breakfast is great! They slow late check out for free which is 2pm. It is about 20-30 min a from the downtown but the it’s in miraflores so lost if restaurant walking distance near by. I was a solo traveler and felt super safe there!
