"The staff is awesome! The restaurant & spa are awesome! You should know that this hotel is in 2 halves. Half is historical. The other half has elevators and air conditioning. Know when you book which side you are booking. Despite being on the “wrong” side at the end of a long trip, the staff did everything possible to make it enjoyable for us."

"Great room, very clean and great amenities. Room service available and the bed was really comfy. Stored my bags the next morning when I needed to wait for my train. Really good overall, only issue was the room was really hot and I couldn’t open the windows to cool it down (maybe I just couldnt figure it out) so it made for a warm night. "
