"Hugely disappointed with choice. Apartment was freezing when we arrived at 5pm. We had to pay more than stated for heating/electricity for one night! Apartment wasn't cleaned properly. "We are completely dissatisfied with VRBO. The property they rented us in Limerick, Ireland was occupied! People had been living in it for two months. We were left stranded with absolutely NO support by VRBO. We had to go to a hotel and spend a lot of money until we found a property with another company. This really ruined our vacation in Ireland! Now we just hope we can get our money back!"

Spacious and quiet, bad shower
"We stayed just one night at this location. Parking really isn't available here. The check in/out was good. Room was very nice. Friendly staff. One elevator out of order. My one complaint would be that the shower pan didn't drain so I had to turn off the shower lather up and then rinse. Otherwise, it would have flooded the bathroom. My husband had to do the same thing. No hot relaxing shower here."
