"This villa was spectacular. The view was breathtaking all the rooms were large, comfortable and well appointed. There was a great balcony with a large table and seating area where you could see beautiful sunset views. The kitchen had everything you need and then some. "Great location in a quiet part of Toscolano Maderno with the lake a 30 second walk away and a 10 minute walk to the town along the lake front and a 5 min walk to a big supermarket. Villa was spotlessly clean, plenty of space with 5 bedrooms (6 if you count the office/ bedroom off the main lounge). "A stunning villa in a wonderful location above the village of Gargnano. The interior layout works very well for a family or group of friends ( we were a family of eight). Only slight drawback is that two of the bedrooms don't have AC so can get hot.The exterior terraces and pool are really great with superb lake views. A short 5/10 minute walk takes you down to the village with easy access for swimming in the lake and a variety of excellent bars and restaurants. So overall a great place to stay."

"This spacious villa was perfect for our extended family group of 8. The antique furnishings were as pictured, and comfortable. Our liaison, Jeanne, was a sweetheart and so helpful during our stay. The villa is on the main road and within walking distance to the town and lake. The pizzeria two doors down was very convenient! "Property has stunning views and many positives. However, the description isn’t accurate. Ten people can’t comfortably sleep here. One bedroom is an attic room, in which you can’t fully stand up and is stifling in the heat. The windows in this room are at floor height, really small and have no blinds/curtains. "8 of us stayed at the villa. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Everything was clean and the hosts offered to refresh towels and linens halfway through our stay (even though there are a washer and dryer available to us at the house). The grounds, view, and lake were pristine and a joy to wake up to daily. Without a car we walked into Gardone Riviera and took the ferry to other towns around the lake. "Renate was a fabulous host. She was very warm and accommodating, even helping us with recommendations on the fly! The villa is exactly as pictured, and it did not disappoint. The views are breathtaking, and showed us a whole different side of Italy. The kids loved the heated pool overlooking the lake! We hope to make it back here one day, and I know where we will stay!"

"Die Lage ist schön mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee und über Limone. Die Küche ist mangelhaft ausgestattet. Es gibt 2 Platten aber nur große Töpfe, sodass man nur eine Platte nutzen kann. Weder Spüli, noch Lappen, noch Geschirrhandtuch gibt es. Der Kühlschrank war erst nicht einschaltbar und hat dann alles gefroren trotz minimaler Stufe. Im Gemüsefach hat es geschimmelt. Wifi gibt es nur bei der Rezeption. Für Selbstversorger ist die Unterkunft nicht zu empfehlen!"
