"Everything was terrible from check in where we were sent to some horror film looking room up 3 flights of stairs to a desk manager who obviously sent us there after our original room was not available, and I could not understand the ineptitude, though I was always polite. The place smells and the hallway carpets are dirty and stained, there was even dog feces in the hallway The room bedsheets had curly pubic hair in them . The bathroom floor had dried urine around the toilet. The bathtub had dirt in it and was clogged It took 5 minutes for the water to drain This room was so dirty that we peeled off the top sheets and slot with our clothes on There is no way this is a 4 star hotel I"

"Great location, with Metro to centre of Molan less than 100m away. Large & comfortable room, but breakfast was disappointing (it was very busy, not enough staff, coffee machine not giving full selection, fresh fruit had run low, no cheese left etc)."

"Very welcoming staff. Attentive to guests’ needs. Detailed information provided on things to do and see, eateries, transportation, etc. Great location. Lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping stores in the area. Easy access to public transportation. Minutes to central station and Duomo. Well maintained room with enough towels and bath supplies. 24-hour access to coffee, hot water, cold water, and carbonated water."
