very close to airport grabbed a 15 pond cab was super quick check in was easy not sure if I got an upgrade room was good for price

good hotel good location
great location. the metro station is just outside the hotel. the room was comfortable and breakfast was good. the elevator was tiny.

Disappointed with the bed we were given
Hotel was very nice, handy for Metro & other transport. Breakfast very good. Only thing that spoilt the stay was, we asked for a twin room when booked, through Hotel.com.When we arrived they said there was no twin room available but it was a big double bed. Seeing as I was sharing with my brother, this bed was no good to us. My Brother slept on the floor, lovely for 2 nights. I was assured we would have twin beds for our return stay 4 days later. I asked was it twin beds. I was told they were but pushed together. I thought Ok, we can seperate them. Tried to seperate the beds when we reached the room, only to find they were tightly together with king size mattress cover, king size base & top sheet, & king size duvet. We gave up then because we were tired & had, had a long journey. We put pillows down the middle of the bed & slept like that. Not all ideal.

Really good stay, unfortunately the check in staff member was extremely rude and aggressive. Had we not already booked and paid we would have left. All other staff members were very good. The elderly check staff member really needs to go on a customer service course or should not go to work in a bad mood.

The stuff are very nice and helpful, the property is clean and quite Cons: if too busy, breakfast becomes a problem, licking plates and glasses, food tries empty, and it takes a while to refill. Also, water pressure at the shower is not great...

Lovely room in a somewhat odd area. Kind of business district, kind of residential. Nice houses around, a few restaurants, some office buildings. Only there one night. Room was lovely.

My husband and I are long time, experienced travelers. This hotel is among the worst that we have ever encountered. The room had been sprayed with a very strong unpleasant fragrance that made it very difficult to breathe. Furthermore, the desk clerk on duty was spraying very heavily throughout the entire lobby area with a can of Raid Bug Spray. If this was not enough, the hallway stairway was blocked off so no one could escape their floors in case of a fire or other unfortunate catastrophe. A note was posted near the elevator that the Hotel was in the process of being renovated. This should have been disclosed on the advertisement site of Hotels. com. Please read a similar negative review that was posted on Hotels.com dated August 28, 2018.warning people of the potential danger at this hotel. I wish we had been warned about this hotel before we were deceived about its standards.Due to the potential risk to our health and possibly life we could not stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, Hotels. com customer service did not support us in getting our 1st night refunded.

I took a chance on this hotel but it was a mistake. Comments from months in past note elevator and stair issues--and they are still a problem. No evidence that they are repairing them, just "sorry". If there was a fire it would be impossible to get out safely as the elevator holds 4 people, and the stairs are blocked so can't be used. There is a detour (hard to locate) down narrow stairs with no railing and a dark hallway lined with ladders, etc. This is a disaster waiting to happen. In US it would be shut down! Also the bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on--two small mattresses that were hard. Don't stay here!

We reserved this hotel because it was close to our car rental collection, but the hotel was better that we expected. The main cons of it was the elevator, only a very small one for 7 floors, we had need to wait a lot during the busy hours
