Very helpful friendly staff, a welcome glass of Port and a Pastel De Nata on arrival and vouchers for a welcome drink of a glass of champagne. Hotel is ideally located to see the sights of Lisbon. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be stopping there again.

The staff were welcoming and warm. They were also helpful understanding the surrounding areas. Shoutout to Douglas! When I come back to Lisbon I will be staying here. I loved my room I loved my balcony I loved the view. I absolutely don’t have any complaints. Being American I had to learn most European stays don’t have wash clothes 😂😂 so that was a dossie but you live and learn.

Great hotel in an excellent position for discovering Lisbon. Minutes away from transport links, restaurants and many places of interest. The only negative I could post would be the lack of storage space in the rooms but it is a minor issue amongst all the other positives.
