The only thing I didn't like was it was far away from a lot of local attractions. It was close to the aquarium and tram, but everything else was fairly far away.

This property is really nice and has a fresh modern look. However, at check in the staff lady cris was not so friendly with our request for early check in which had been told to them a few days before and also for two separate beds - the requests were put in and paid for this specific room already a few days in advance but she acted like they were completely oblivious to it. Their check in is at 4pm which is unusual. The phone on the room did not work at all even though they came to fix it supposedly - it still did not work at all after so there was no option of ordering any amenities up or room service etc. This was a major inconvenience for simple things like water toilet roll towels etc. The room itself was good, clean but they are quite stingy with their housekeeping items - room was for two people and there was only one of everything aside from the towels. A great hotel in itself, terrace was lovely but there isn’t a spa for massages or anything like that so won’t be staying here again unless it is the last option. Restaurant staff were superr friendly!

lovely complimentary sparkling wine in room upon arrival. breakfast had superb quality, variety and service. while stay was due to layover and proximity to the airport, I would definitely consider longer stay as we discovered the area had much to offer - aquarium, many many local and trendy restaurants, easy walking and pleasing open spaces - terrific stay!

I would had given a higher review, but I didn’t like the fact that I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door but the staff ignored it and entered my room anyway- This was not acceptable and very disrespectful. The 2 excuses given were 1.) they wanted to surprise me with wine… 2.) they did not pay attention to the sign hanging on my door handle. This makes me wonder how often are staff entering guest’s rooms when they are asked not to and what is the real purpose of them doing so-

The toilet was dirty, now hand towel in the bathroom, had pubic hair on bed and body towel, cup rings on the table where it ha not been cleaned. Staff was the best part, very friendly

NOTHING ,but nothing not to like! The place was clean, new, stuff was friendly, especially a counter worker called joana who gave me a great service by resolving a problem with the room) i needed 2 twin beds, she showed me another upgraded room and fixed it.good location also in lisbon.
