This property is not far from the airport. It is kept very clean and the staff is very helpful. There is a cafe on site that serves breakfast buffet, delicious pastries and freshly squeezed juices for a fee of 14 euros. The room / bathroom is spacious. Bathroom shower door is half glass so water will spill out unto the floor if faucet is turned on full force. They assist with tour bookings. Metro station is next door, also grocery stores. Directly across the hotel is an underground plaza with a few shops / food court / fast foods. Shampoo, shower gel, lotion, toilet paper and large towels are provided. Bath towels are not. Hotel has elevator. Located 28 - 30 minutes by foot to Marquis de Pompal (Bus Terminal). This is a scenic square where you can eat, shop, purchase a ticket for the hop on hop off bus. Taxi fare from the bus terminal to the hotel varies between 8 - 11 euros.

Small things not done with house cleaning but manageable and looked after. Reception staff were excellent. Location to metro, shopping, restaurant was great.

The hotel was old but clean. The bed was really comfortable. However, the hotel is directly above a subway station so you hear it rumbling and roaring every few minutes. Not conducive to a good night’s sleep. We can’t say enough about the staff! They are fantastic and helped us out whenever we asked.

The hotel is very nice, especially the suite we had with a good view. Service was very good, and the location excellent. Right next door to the metro station. Easily accessible to get to the main attraction in the center of the city.
