Right in the centre of Lisbon. Many sights within walking distance. For destinations further afield there's trams, buses and Rossio Station all close by. Bar is busy with football fans in the evening but it's a quiet affair. Room was excellent. Large double bed for a single traveller. Doesn't get any better than that. Bathroom facilities were very good. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. If you don't have breakfast as part of your booking you can pay the day before at a reduced rate. Paid for a couple of mornings and wasn't disappointed. Very good value.

It’s a nice, trendy hotel in a good area. The restaurant and bar is nice. The room is comfortable. I liked the mood lighting that you could change colors. The bed was pretty hard, but okay for the one night. It’s probably a little over priced for the area and the value.

This hotel was the best option for us as we wanted to spend a Spring break with our college students as close to public transportation and the city center. It offers a wonderful breakfast for 15 EUR when preordered one day ahead and 20 EUR on the same day. The rooms are small but cozy. Room service was phenomenal, staff also. We enjoyed staying here, although gym is super tiny.

Good property, near most of the main attractions and shops. Staff were friendly. The only drawback was the offsite parking offered: unless you don’t get the car out during your entire stay, it was 41 euros per day.

I thought the location of the hotel was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Things that I didn’t find good was that there was a couple with a young baby either next room or above me and I could hear the baby crying throughout the night. Also being woken up at 9 am by cleaning staff knocking then entering my room was not good. That time is way too early. I appreciate that rooms need to be cleaned but people are either waking up, showering or having breakfast and don’t expect to have your space invaded that early in the morning. Regards Jim McGurk

We were not happy at check in with the service. No one was willing to help with our luggage. We had just come from a Pestana in Porto where the service was exceptional and this was very disappointing. The rooms are on the small side so after luggage was opened it left very little room to move around. Breakfast was expensive and not that many choices. We ate breakfast out and it was much cheaper. Checking out was a much better experience. The young lady at the desk was very nice and she held on to our luggage and brought it out to us when we left with a smile. Very courteous. The area it is in is pretty central. You can walk to many places.

I was excited for this hotel based on the photos, but felt pretty disappointed especially for the price point. The room fell short of the photos- it had a more economical feel, things looked worn, and walls with poor sound insulation. I heard the conversations of the room next door and in the hallways.

Total dissapointment and SCAM
This place has changed for the worse. We stayed here before and had a wonderful experience. This time, it was mediocre. The service was poor. Ordered something lite to eat and it was uneatable. Staff refused to make things better. When we checked out, we order a taxi because hotel staff wanted to make sure we did not get scam. That in itself was the scam. The taxi was late, so we took another taxi to the airport. The fee we paid for the street taxi was 50% less than CR7 staff taxi reservation was. Avoid this place unless you are willing to get poor customer service and want to get scammed. Absolutely unacceptable!

Lovely Lisbon
Great location, good value. Expensive breakfast. Good airport service! Terrible lighting except the bedside lamps, couldn't use the bathroom for makeup. Nasty elevator- the doors close too fast, husband got a nasty gash/bruise.

CR7 is in a great location close to the metro (for the airport) and lots of restaurants. Checkin was swift and the staff very welcoming. Room was modern and very clean. What’s not to like.
