"It was excellent, however net curtains would add more privacy during the day, and there would be no need to close the curtains and put the lights on, you could save energy. Please, please turn the temperature of the hot water down, someone could scald themselves. there's no need for the water to be so hot. "my aircon in room 1659 is auto and will set to 22 degrees for many hours ,yes you can decrease it but will go back to 22 degrees which is so hot! I woke up at 2am drench with sweat! I escalate the situation to the receptionist but he laugh at me! He showed no concern and not paying attention to what I say! you need to do something about this person’s attitude! Meanwhile I appreciate Rahim for being attentive to all my needs! He is a delight to guests! He shows big smile and very accomodating!"
