Roof-top deck and plunge pool are awesome with big views to Green Point, Sea Point, and up Signal Hill. Very secure, modern, and private with 2 garage parking spots. Fridge, laundry (BYO soap), coffee, WiFi, 2 TVs - everything you need!"
