Mixed feelings
The hotel common facilities are really beautiful. Staff is very friendly. Be aware that 95% of the room pictures they use are from their special rooms (not standard room). Cleaning was disappointing - dust in the AC and the balcony was so dirty that was impossible to use.

AC in the room we were assigned to was not working. The front desk attendant tried 5 rooms before he found a room with a working AC. There was only 1 employee in the entire hotel that night. The carpet outside our room was dirty and smelled of mould. The sea facing room from the first floor was very average. Staff members (few of them) were very good.. Breakfast spread was good

Excellent experience, will stop again!
What a wonderful stay at a hotel steeped in history. From our check in, to leaving we had an amazing stay. The lady on reception (Marcelle) was absolutely wonderful. She spoke a multitude of languages, and can converse fluently. She was so helpful and informative. A real asset to the hotel! We stayed on a Dinner, bed and breakfast basis. All meals were typical Spanish buffet style, and more than adequate. The waiters and staff in the restaurant and bar were also very nice. The rooms are slightly outdated, but spotlessly clean. The beds are amazing, best nights sleep I have had in ages! We were lucky enough to have a Sea View room, which is remarkable to wake up to. There was traditional Spanish entertainment on one evening...Dancing and Singing..which we thoroughly enjoyed. The walk to Lloret itself is quite a trek, but great for building up an appetite for the evening meal. We will definitely return next year to this lovely Hotel. We stayed out of season so didn't use the Swimming facilities, but they are absolutely amazing looking over the bay! 5 stars from us!

Very noisy from other rooms. Even normal talking was heard. I also wonder why the hotel allow music to be played from any room after midnight and until morning... Slow service at reception with lots of waiting even with no other in line ? Otherwice Good food and ok rooms.

Sehr schönes Hotel, super Service und leckeres Essen mit umfangreichen Buffet (Abendessen und Frühstück). Ein bisschen in den Unterhalt investieren (Bad, Ausstattung) und die Anlage ist 1a! Aber auch so: gerne wieder! Tolle Lage oberhalb von Lloret, über den Fahrstuhl des Nachbarhotels einfach zum Strand.

Nice looking hotel with great facilities like pool, bar etc… Decent food and entertainment. The only negative side was the shower water temperature adjustment which took a while besides a very hard mattress…

Smukkeste hotel i området
Skønt og smukt hotel. Lækkert pool område med udsigt over hele bugten og skøn udendørs bar med underholdning mange aftner. Dejlig morgenmad. Hotelværelserne er meget basis, men rene. Desværre en total mangel på håndklæder... højst besynderligt. Desværre må gæster ryge udenfor, hvilket var voldsomt ubehageligt. Bl.a. på terrasserne, hvor røglugten ryger ind til naboen, og ved poolen og i baren. Meget generende. Så dette er langt fra et klimavenligt hotel. Det er også det eneste negative jeg kan finde på at sige om hotellet og det er vist desværre kutume i området. Mange rygende turister.

Très bel hôtel et vraiment agréable
Très bel hôtel avec une très belle vue. Un hôtel où l’on se sent bien, paisible. La situation est très bonne : dans la ville mais au calme (sur les hauteurs) Le staff est très sympa, agréable et souriant 👍 Le buffet du restaurant très bon La seule contrainte ce sont les les escaliers pour aller et revenir dans la ville (a pieds), mais cela permet d’éliminer le petit-déjeuner très copieux 😉

Dans l’ensemble bon séjour, nous sommes restés 3nuits. Le point négatif est la restauration. Autant le matin au pdj cela était correcte, mais le soir en demi pension le self n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur de l’établissement. Dommage le reste des prestations est très bien.

Older but nice hotel with top location
Nice location but parking costs 15 euro. However , even so, next day my car was covered in 3mm thick dust from the hotel construction work, I just asked if this is normal and the guy at the reception said kind of yes… I should check with the lady next day which I didn’t want anymore. The toilet button didn’t work properly… but actually the hotel is beautiful and stylish ,staff was nice and breakfast buffet very good.

Très déçu de l hôtel. A la réception le personnel a été très peu aimable, nous avons signalé avoir eu du bruit à notre étage dans la chambre face à la notre une famille nombreuse (3 enfants) jouaient dans le couloir et nous avons signalé également que le sèche cheveux était H.S (voir photo). Ça semble les avoir laissés indifférents

Un hôtel agreable et bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied des plages et du centre. Nous avons trouvé un personnel accueillant et globalement souriant. Personnel de ménage efficace et serviable. Chambre propre avec balcon et vue sur la mer. Bar sympa avec tres belle terrasse... Seuls bémols : le petit-déjeuner qui manquait de produits frais à notre goût... et une gestion de l'espace santé- bien-être qui a laissé place aux énergies bruyantes voire pénibles à certains moments...

Ici le temps c' est arrêté. La quiétude absolue.
Hôtel superbe , cadre exceptionnel ; spacieux, aéré , confortable à souhait, literie de grande qualité , bien meilleure que celle de" L'Alba Seleqtta ". Hôtel idéal pour se reposer et profiter de la quiétude , le personnel est adorable , tous services confondus, les repas sont des plus raffinés, diversifiés et de très grande qualité , hôtel qui mérite d' être fortement recommandé, certainement parmi les meilleurs de Lloret de Mar. Une fois terminée la saison de ski nous repartirons entre amis profiter de la quiétude des lieux. J' adore cet endroit.

Hotel con muy buena decoración y cerca de la playa y del paseo, personal muy amable, la comida se puede mejorar, hay polvo debajo de las camas y la habitación olía mal, pensamos que el olor venia del desague de la ducha, la tele está demasiado baja y molesta el cuello para verla desd la cama, piscina muy limpia con buena musica de ambiente,

Un accueil très agréable lors de notre arrivée. Tout le personnel est sympathique et souriant. Le calme et le cadre magnifique de cet établissement en font un lieux de vacances très beau et agréable. Seul léger souci, les dîners servis dans les plats ouverts ne sont pas assez chaud. Un hôtel à recommander vraiment! Merci de l'accueil!

Moi et ma famille nous y avons passés 1 seule nuit et la journée a l’hôtel, c’est un très belle hôtel, avec beaucoup de verdure, et de très belle décoration ! Le petit déjeuner étais au top, y’avais un peu de tout et ça donne une super belle vue sur la mer de lorret del mar !

Dans l ensemble satisfaisant,les chambres assez anciennes ne correspondent pas à un 4 etoiles ,bâtiments avec un certain cachet, parc et piscine extra . Très bien pour des vacances en famille
