On the beach, good restaurant. Valentina is a very dedicated guest, finding solution. In my opinion room 102 is terrible: smell, noise, ants and bugs. Valentina offer me an other room but was difficult to remove all.

The air conditioning worked perfectly, you also had the option to get a room change, which you declined. All of our staff speak English and that is how we communicate with you. It is not a true comment in everything that you expose; The cost of parking and the price of drinks in the restaurant is explained on the Expedia and Rosamar Hotels websites.Best Regards

Good hotel - breakfast could be improved
Great hotel with separate pools for family and adults alone. Nice walk by the beach and overall good experience. Breakfast buffet could be increase with fresh fruits and coffee machine that works properly. The juices at breakfast buffet are terrible you can't taste any fruit jut taste of colorants and artificial flavors.

verall good hotel
Overall hotel is clean and comfortable rooms. Service is good but coffee machines at breakfast were not calibrated properly for 3 days so we had to drink bad coffee.

Quasi tutto eccellente ad eccezione di uso di 1 solo ascensore , visto che L altro era un montacarichi , Crede che una struttura di queste dimensioni dovrebbe avere un ascensore più capiente e un po’ più moderno , per il resto tutto ottimo l’accoglienza alla reception il personale la piscina ad eccezione del ristorante garden in cui sono stato una sera che subito dopo ho desistito con personale non all’altezza , menu con scelta limitata tutt’altro che il buffet è sempre eccellente molto vario qualità buona.

soweit war alles OK, alteingesessenes Haus, perfekte Lage, Poolbereich alles eng, nettes Personal, leider hatten wir ein altes Zimmer, aber mit fantastischem Meerblick. All Inklusive- Essen war hervorragend, reichlich Auswahl, ABER bei den Getränken wurden wir 3.Klasse behandelt. Wir mussten auch beim Essen nach Getränken "betteln". Die all inkl. Cocktails kamen aus dem Tetrapack, die "bezahlten" wurden frisch zubereitet, also geschmacklich grausam, AUSSER Mojito, den konnte man trinken. Schade, dass so ein Unterschied gemacht wird, immerhin haben wir im All inkl. Paket auch mehr zahlen müssen. dieses All inkl. ist nicht mit Türkei/Ägypten und co.zu vergleichen. Beachtet dies bei der Buchung. Dies ist der einzige Kritikpunkt, den wir haben.

Vi bodde på et vanlig dobbeltrom. Vi hadde utsikt mot boligfelt og hadde delvis havutsikt. Rommet hadde ok størrelse med god seng. Badet hadde dusj og var rent og pent. Hadde ønsket oss en vannkoker på rommet. Maten var variert og god. Til hvert måltid var det mulighet for fersklaget kjøtt, fisk eller eks omeletter. Det beste for vår del var plasseringen, nær strand og by!

Dans l’ensemble tout était correcte, sauf les serviettes posées en réservant les transats à longueur de journée ,au bord de la piscine. Le maître nageur ne faisait pas appliquer le règlement. C’est vraiment dommage… et insupportable!!!

Bon séjour en famille, piscine petite mais correcte, le seul bémol pas assez de transats pour tout le monde si tu veut avoir une place il faut aller dès l’ouverture de la piscine dommage. Le buffet super ! Petit déjeuner nickel ! Beaucoup de choix pour ceux qui mange pas de viande il y a toujours du poisson Service de ménage dans les chambre bien dans l’ensemble L’hôtel est hyper bien situé en face de la mer et a côté de beaucoup de restaurant Très bon séjour personnel très aimable! Bon rapport qualité prix Bon accueil Chambre propre et spacieuse avec une très belle terrasse Calme et très bien placé Le seul point négatif : Le petit déjeuner ouvre à une heure avancée : 8h . il y a donc beaucoup de monde devant la porte en attendant l’ouverture Pour le parking , bine qu’il ne communique avec l’hôtel il y a la possibilité de se garer devant pour décharger

A éviter tout simplement
La nuit la plus désagréable de notee sejour en Espagne ! L'hôtel ne disposant plus de suite, il nous propose 2 chambres : qui ne communique pas mais qui sont soit disant côte à côte, ce qui n'etait pas le cas. Le pire, c'est le niveau de degradation du bâtiment : des tapis longent les couloirs pour éponger les fuites d'eau, les chambres ne sont pas digne d'un 4 étoiles et nous en avons payé les frais... dsns une des chambres le carrelage mural etait fissuré (dangereux pour des enfants) et le carrelage mural de la seconde chambre est tombé pendant la nuit (4h) mon petit garçon (8 ans) a voulu fermer la porte de la salle de bains pour aller aux toilettes et une partie du mur s'effondrée (cf photos) Au petit matin, nous n'avons jamais pu acceder au petit-dej pourtant compris - file d'attente de plus de 100 personnes (allant jusqu'à l'entrée de l'hotel) Nous devions être rappeler par le manager le jour même à 10h (excuses, remboursement...) Nous attendons encore...

Cher Julien, Nous souhaitons vous remercier pour le choix de notre hôtel pour votre séjour. Nous regrettons que votre séjour n'ait pas été comme prévu. Nous avons mis à votre disposition 2 chambres le plus proche posible at qui sont en fait situées côte à côte – la chambre 2014 et la chambre 2013. C´est vrai, il n'y a pas de porte entre elles, mais dans tout l'hôtel il n'y a pas 2 chambres avec une porte commune. Quant au carrelage de la salle de bain, nous tenons nous excuser pour le cas de force majeure qui s'est produit dans votre chambre. Nous avons vous donné immédiatement une autre chambre ainsi que nos excuses. Le matin, vous êtes venu à la réception à cause d'un problème de file d'attente pour le petit-déjeuner et la réceptionniste vous a gentiment proposé de vous préparer quelque chose, mais vous avez refusé. Vous n'avez pas exprimé le désir de parler avec la directrice et avez simplement décidé de quitter l'hôtel. La directrice a été informée de l'incident et était toujours sur son lieu de travail pour parler avec vous, mais ce matin-là, vous n'avez pas demandé pour elle. Cordialment,

Une nuot à Llauret
Personnel un peu débordé à l'acceuil, beaucoup d'attente pour le repas du soir et le petit dejeuner. Fuite au wc de la chambre, fuite au wc de l'acceuil, mauvaise insonorisation des chambres. Ne vaut surement un 4 etoiles. Très déçu. Point positif personnel de restauration poli et serviable.

Lindo hotel con mala gastronomía
Instalaciones lindas, aunque sin control apenas. Nadie se duchaba antes de entrar en la piscina climatizada, etc. Limpieza genial. Tema gastronómico dejaba mucho que desear en cuanto a segundos platos en variedad y sabores.

Lo mejor del hotel es que se encuentra a primera línea de mar. Sobretodo nos encantó el spa y el bufé, con mucha variedad de comida y buena calidad.
