Should you desire an early check-in prior to 14:00, the option is available for a supplementary fee. Ultimately, availing yourself of this early check-in service remains a matter of choice rather than an obligatory requirement, the 30 fee represents an additional service designed to expedite the prioritization of your room.

Property is located close to public transportation, dining choices and small market. There was tea and coffee in the room and a generous daily continental breakfast. Daily room makeup. The staff failed on not getting our safe fixed during our stay even though we were told someone would be there to fix it. Overall a comfortable stay.

The staff were excellent and the room was very clean. The property is old and the walls are thin, you can hear everyone if they are on the staircase which can be hard for light sleepers. The bathroom was my favorite part, it was clean and the water pressure was perfect! We were located in the 300 rooms so we had to climb four sets of stairs which was tiring but there is nothing the hotel can really do to remedy that!

Really great location, 10min walk from Victoria station and tons of dining and pubs in the area, as well as tourist sites. I got the single bed on first floor, it's comfortable and you get what you pay for more or less. The bathroom is large and shower had great heat/water pressure. It also came with complimentary breakfast buffet. The room was a bit dated, heat didn't really match thermostat settings, and you have to request an ironing board and iron (they gave an old one that leaked water and had burn stains from previous users, only reason I knocked 1 star off).

The staff was very friendly . A great walkable location that was close to the transfer station. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had plenty of options. The housekeeper was one of the best I’ve encountered. They even left a thank you card and Christmas stocking in our room on our last day. I will definitely stay there again!

Great small hotel in an excellent location
A lovely overnight stay (business) in a great area with plenty of places to eat. Compact but nice room with a double bed, lots of hot water and the complementary biscuits with tea/coffee was a nice touch. Free continental breakfast was good, in the small breakfast room finished my 1-night stay. Great value for money and friendly helpful staff.

The room was so tiny we had nowhere to put our luggage our costs nothing. It was ridiculously small and nothing like the pictures we saw when we were booking. I only recommend if you are coming alone.

Disappointing and over- priced.
Location is great. Bed uncomfortable, pillows flat and hard ; as a result poor quality sleep, not helped on our first night by drunk couple loudly arguing and repeatedly ringing the door bell in the early hours of the morning ( ? 24 hr reception ). Could only get out of 1 side of the bed. Small , impractical space - little room to put belongings. The only towel rail in bathroom is over 6 ft high and positioned over the toilet ! Nowhere to put hand towel for wash basin or toiletries. Breakfast is adequate - mostly items wrapped up in plastic. Bearable to stay for 1-2 nights max. Genuinely curious about how this is 4 star rated. Expensive for quality of what is provided.

Nice little B&B. Great location, the location is everything. Streets are adorable, great restaurants and close to train stations, bus stations, and many London atractions. Excellent if you don’t plan to stay much time in the room. Didn’t have any problems.

Great experience. Easy check process. The staff were fantastic. Professional and helpful. They held our bags while we explored before check-in and helped my husband make a phone call with the airline to fix an issue. For Americans like ourselves, the room/hotel might feel small and slightly outdated, but it is all that you need; a comfortable bed, a good-sized shower with reliable pressure and temperature, in-room coffee/tea, plus they offer a continental breakfast. Lots of dining and shopping in the area. I would stay here again.

Room 002 was very tight and cozy. Sink plug did not work. International wall socket in Bathroom did not work. Very clean and staff very helpful. Carrying suit case down the narrow stairs was tough. Continental breakfast was excellent. Easy walking distance from Victoria Train and Underground.

**Beware - Property Not As Advertised**
Disappointing to say the least. While the location is absolutely fantastic, the room was not well maintained at all. No heat, shower was broken and took two days to fix. Old mirky water left in the coffee maker from whomever. Finally got room cleaned on day three and only because a maid from another building followed up. Young lady at the front desk person was absolutely no help and didn't know anything about the rooms (Very unhappy person and not approachable) Much to my dismay, an employee who had cut themselves was being assisted by whom I assume was a manager, received treatment in breakfast area next to clean dishes & glassware. Cleaning and dressing the wound next to clean food related items just isn't smart. Spoke with another couple who were also experiencing issues as well. If they would just maintain this property and treat patrons with respect and a smile, they'd have a fantastic product.

This property is in the Belgravia district of London. It’s a very pleasant location. The building itself is old and the room was very small for two people. Unfortunately, some areas of the hotel like the garden and breakfast room were under renovation. We were not informed by Expedia or Astors Belgravia Hotel of this inconvenience. There was a big truck parked outside the door for our entire stay. In addition, we payed the hotel $920 pounds, we checked on Expedia, for during the same dates the listed price was $50 less a night. This totals $200 Canadian. We are demanding this difference of $200 from Expedia as soon as possible. Thanks, Hilda Hacikyaner

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Room was small but that is to be expected in London. Putting an extra cot in our tiny room made for some comical situations, but it can be done. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast each morning was a bonus. Would stay here again.

Great Hotel - Great Location
Great 2 night stay. Excellent friendly staff. Perfect location. Minutes walk to Victoria train/bus hub so access to anywhere in central London in minutes. We will be staying again at the end of the month with more friends. Thank you Team Astor

The staff was very friendly but we were given a room in the basement with no wifi and a very strong odor! Then they switched our room to another basement room . Smell was even stronger, wifi was working but very weak. I would not recommend this place.

What a wonderful experience! Upon arrival, we were greeted with such warmth, our suitcases were immediately taken to our room. The rooms are in old row homes so have lots of character. Coffee, tea, water and cookies are in your room and replenished daily. The breakfast is ample and you can take muffins or croissants with you if you are in a rush. The area is the nicest and most exclusive in London. A 10 minute walk to the Victoria bus and train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want excellent service in a quiet, comfortable and slightly quirky but well priced stay in London!
