Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. They says the check in is at 2.00PM. But we reached at 1.00PM and were allowed to check in. The room was small, but neat and clean with fresh linen, towels. Provided with kettle, tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar, milk. They even changed the sheets on second day. We stayed in a triple room with private bathroom. The bathroom is small but kept neat. Easy access to Russell square underground (5mts walk) and only 10 mts walk to King's cross station. I was a bit worried over the reviews posted by previous people. But my experience was good. It is worth for the money I paid. Recommended for families as well( I stayed with family). The only thing I found it difficult was they don't have any secure space for our luggage storage as it is a small hotel (if you need to check out at 10 and need to roam around). Still the staff was very helpful, he showed us some empty space to keep my luggage under my responsibility. But I cannot blame them for that reason or any other things during my stay.

Gosh. It was an emergency, so I was glad to have been able to book anything at all so late, but it was pretty bad. The walls/doors offer absolutely no sound insulation -- I mean zero. The bed was uncomfortable and noisy. There was no bathmat, so, instead, the area of the disgusting cheap carpet by the bathroom door had evidently been everyone's bathmat for years. The blackout curtains were on a rod that projected some five inches from the wall, thus the sunlight hit me in the face since dawn, coming in diagonally from the side. It just wasn't a good place to spend a night.

Old building and dirty. I booked a room with private bathroom but the taps were not working. I could only use the shower to get water. Luckily I only stayed for 1 night

This is a 2* Hotel so dont expect miracles. Very basic bed in a room with a TV. Small wetroom too. I rate it 4/5 cos it delivered what I wanted. A cheap friendly place to stay for a night in London. Yes you can find faults but if you looking for faults when youve chosen to book a 2* Hotel, you need to look hard at yourself. Staff were very friendly and walking 10 mins from Euston Station and about 15 mins to Oxford Street Shops its a great location. Again its a 2* Hotel so it delivers you 2* I would definitely use again.

I had plumbing issues in my room and I did have to ask for assistance three times before finally being moved to a different room. The staff was helpful, but I would have liked an alternate option right away instead of waiting 12 hours with no improvements. Overall, you get what you pay for and London is expensive AF.

Location is great, just a short walk to train/tube stations with lots of eateries and bars around. Do not book if you can't climb stairs, they are very narrow and high, or make sure you request a low floor. Also bear in mind that there is a £10 deposit for the key - this is fine however, reception isn't manned until after 7am so if you need to leave earlier than that, you'll have to figure out how to get your refund.

Ok for a very short stay
Needed a room for a few hrs to sleep and shower close to train station and this served the purpose. Would not stay for entire vacation as rooms are small and bathroom was smaller. Felt like a cruise ship stateroom with cruise ship bathroom/ shower. no view at all accept for peoples feet walking by our basement window. My kids thought it was cool to climb out the window and up the fire escape rather than use the hotel door to the street. It is what it is don’t expect much didn’t get much.
