We loved how close it was to bus stops and the tubr tetminal and resturants. The front desk staff was super helpful when our flight got delayed and we needed to stay another night

First time in London and we were questioning the location of this hotel at the start, but it’s so close to an Underground Station and was within walking distance of Brick Lane and Spitalfields Market. There were lots of dining options within 1 mile, as well. We loved it and the staff was top notch.

Good location for the east side of London, including Tower of London, Tower Bridge, the City, Spitalfields Market and Brick Lane. The roof top bar was gorgeous, the rooms clean and very quiet. The cooked breakfast was a bit bland, but there was plenty of choice for alternatives.

Very Average hotel . Rooms are poorly decorated and don’t appear fresh and clean . Shower gel bottle was empty and their was a hair in the shower . Restaurant is too small for the number of guests. Location is handy for the tube . On reflection a premier inn Would have been a better choice

Modern and safe. Well staffed. Urban area but it’s walkable and close to the hospital and some good restaurants. Mostly a middle eastern population but very wonderful people. Taxi service is a little bit pricey to get to most attractions of London. 8.5/10

Loved the room. We had a sofa at the end of the bed, in front of a large TV. Comfortable bed .the roof terrace bar is amazing, will definitely be coming back

I felt quite unsafe to see that the main gate of the hotel closes at midnight. I had to ring the bell to open it. Didn't experience anything dangerous but the area is not the safest.

We loved this hotel. Such a convenient location near several tube stations and bus routes. The hotel was stylish, modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the hotel with my wife and kids. The bed was awful and so was the sofa bed provided for the kids. The sink kept getting clogged.

Comfy bed and nice looking room with a good sky bar. The toilet flush is extremely loud and unfortunately this let it down for me as we could hear other guests through the night flushing and using taps, meaning I didn’t sleep well (although the bed was excellent!). So would have rated higher if wasn’t for this but overall a decent stay, reasonably priced and nice staff.

The restaurant didn’t have many options as various items were not available, unable to access the rooftop bar and the electricity kept tripping out. Not what I expected. Saturday night sat in the dark twice and had to ring reception three times while trying to get ready to go out.

Only stayed one night, it was fine, I didn't ask for anything spectacular. Most hotel rooms are not designed for people my height so I just get used to the inconveniences

Great location and excellent value. Could be more eco-friendly with towels getting changed (these were changed despite us indicating they didn't need changed). Could do with socket near a mirror for hairdrying, and loo roll needed to be removed to open/close toilet lid.
