Lovely hotel in very close proximity to Wembley Stadium and tube stations. Great breakfast. Family room was really spacious, with fully equipped kitchen (which we weren’t expecting!). The second bed in the family room is a sofa bed and I thought that might be an issue, but it was so comfortable and easy to set up I wouldn’t have known the difference. Would definitely recommend.

Good property in location to Wembley, but a bit annoying when arriving at 12am to be told room is ready but can’t release it yet so had to pay £30 extra for this, when asked the rooms needed to Be cleaned but surely the rooms would have already been done.

There was no running water for the entirety of my stay! I felt like I went back in time and there was no arrangements provided to help with sanitary issues like flushing toilets or showering. This stay was unbelievable!

The property struggles with rude staff, my water was not working from 8pm till I checked out at 12pm, breakfast in there made me sick and the overall was absolutely horrible would never go back there again or recommend it. For a brand to be this overrated and overpriced in Wembley I don’t know but I am very disappointed!!

Attended FA Cup semi-final at Wembley Stadium. Hotel short walk from ground and really close to tube station into central London. Lovely food options nearby. Comfortable room with lovely beds.

Had a lovely stay after watching the lioness at Wembley. Very convenient for Wembley and staff were nice. Very quiet so good nights sleep until the builders started outside but that was on another building. The only negative was the plastic glasses. Guests in hotel should not be drinking and paying high prices out of a plastic glass. Other than that a nice stay.

Friendly and polite staff, easy check in even if we got at the hotel a bit earlier than 15:00. Clean room and dinning experience was fantastic as they do great food. Near to the arena and subway station as well.

Our room smelled. Even when reported to reception, she did not try to move us. Instead she had housekeeping come and spray something which did not help. The overall property is nice. Just our room smelled the entire stay.

Room was quiet, comfy and very clean, great location for the stadium. Only blemishes, the smoke alarm is above the bed and flashes throughout the night plus tried to check in 2 hours early and despite my room being ready they wanted £10 to check in early, id expect that from a budget hotel but not from Novotel

Very poor hygiene and sub standard room.
It was in a good location, Wembley, but we wanted a Junior Suite because we thought we would have an upgrade on our usual Premier Inn standard room and the suite was available. We ended up wishing we had gone with Premier Inn after all. The room was in major need of an update. There was ceramic missing from the bath, bits of chipboard missing in the bathroom, the bathroom door was filthy and in general the room seemed to not have been cleaned in weeks with finger marks everywhere on the bathroom door. The lights were all covered in dust and the carpet looked as though someone had thrown up on it a lot without being properly cleaned. I complained to the staff on reception who said they would look at it but nothing was done during our two day stay. The photographs on the website make the place look spotless and that room looked pristine but believe me, it is anything but pristine. The place is a two star at very best.

One Night Only.
The hotel is in the perfect location on Wembley's doorstep and a few minute walk from the Ovo Arena. The reception area was very welcoming and we were booked in seamlessly. The room itself was clean. We weren't keen on the glass doors on the bathroom - whilst frosted, they didn't close in the normal way, therefore offering little privacy. The beds were reasonably comfortable, but not to my taste - this is a personal preference. This was only a one night stay t attend a concert. We would stay here again if we were attending a gig in the area.

Good sized room for London. Bathroom has a frosted glass door with no lock which was awkward. Complimentary water (one time) was provided. Slight issue with the shower - the bar was loose and had to be fixed. Don't like the £10 per hour charge for early and late checkin and the £25 for overnight parking til Noon and additional £15 til 6pm. Area is lively with good dining options. Steps to the Tube, which is very convenient.
