I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Avenue Baker Street Hotel and I must say, the service provided by Bashir, Anston, Muriel, and Kanisha was absolutely outstanding. As the Learning and Development Director of the number one resort and hotel in the US, I have high standards when it comes to hospitality, and they truly exceeded them. From the moment we arrived, Bashir, Anston, Muriel, and Kanisha went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of exceptional. They provided us with all the necessary amenities, assisted us with our luggage, and even accommodated our late check-out request. Their attention to detail and personalized service truly made us feel valued as guests. What impressed me the most was the high level of genuine hospitality they exhibited, despite the fact that the hotel is not Forbes rated. They treated us with the same level of care and professionalism as if we were staying at a luxury resort. Their dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience is commendable and sets Park Avenue Baker Street Hotel apart from other establishments. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay in the area. Good room. I was on the third floor and it is a walkup. Very clean, but the bed sheets were old and worn. Otherwise very comfortable. Good Internet, comfortable bed. Would stay here again

Staff were fantastic, could not have been more welcoming and helpful, really great people. There is no/little sound proofing to the rooms, so the road noise is really loud and makes sleeping difficult, especially at the front of the hotel. Bring ear plugs

The hotel is very basic and only the location in any way justifies the price. Staff are ok, but by no means good or friendly service - adequate would be how our describe them. It’s fine.
