After reading the reviews my main concern was not being able to access the property as it is unmanned. The email with door codes and access details never arrived so before i was due to head to the property i called and they sent the email straight away. Access was then quite easy. Likes: Location Little details like toothpaste, ear buds, nail file, toothbrush Clean Price Customer service over the phone pleasant and helpful Dislikes: Smell of drains Dated and worn decor Road noise No hot water when showering at 6.30 before going out but hot water in the morning None of these would prevent me from staying again

horrible. do not stay. it was dirty, our sheets were not changed after the last person that was there and it was extremely loud, you can hear people upstairs, outside, and next to you. staff was not helpful when i told them i needed a refund becaus i needed to leave early because of how gross this place was. had to spend extra money to stay somewhere that was actually sleepable. i would give this place -10 stars if i could.

Overall good stay. A little further out, but good transport links and shopping/food options around. A little noisy due to outside traffic. Sometimes the keyless entry was troublesome, and a bit frustrating.

The hotel has a good position. Check in was very problematic. I stood at the door for 10 minutes and tried to log in, but unfortunately my data did not go through the application. I tried to call the phone number provided, but no one answered. After some time, two hotel employees were next to me. I assume so because one of them had the codes to enter and enter the room. They didn't introduce themselves, but they helped me enter the hotel and gave me a room, I couldn't have coped without them. When it comes to the room, we wanted a double bed. The room was for three people, unfortunately the double bed consisted of two single mattresses which were smaller than the size of the bed. While sleeping, the mattresses separated and it was uncomfortable for us to sleep. At night, I think the boiler was running all the time, which was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. Unfortunately, there was no one to complain to. As for the online work of the hotel itself, after entering they quickly sent me 5 e-mails to the room asking me if I wanted to extend my stay. So there was someone who wanted to communicate with me. It's a pity that he didn't answer my calls when I wanted to communicate with them. The next thing in the bathroom was a message in the shower, please close the door while showering, unfortunately. one pair of doors was missing, I am attaching a photo. Four single lights in the room, two of which worked, one had a burnt out bulb and one had no bulb. The room was

Just stayed because it wasn’t too expensive compared to other hotels but in my opinion, it’s a very average motel. It’s alright for a night, but not a place where I would personally come back. Check in is quite easy, there’s no member of staff on the site and rooms are not that recent.

Having read previous reviews I was expecting a nightmare but it was actually ok. Pretty basic, a few issues with a loose tap & shaving mirror light not working but no-one in house to report to & I didn't bother to phone the 24/7 contact for any reports. Linen was clean, room ok but I was in the basement & emergency sirens woke me up several times during the night & very noisy when the people above me awoke & started to move around. Good location for The Eventium where I was seeing a music gig

Overall the stay was satisfactory but the room was in the basement- which if I had known when making the booking I wouldn’t have chosen that. The room had a damp smell that was annoying. The room was big though and beds were comfortable (except for one).

Terrible experience.
Toilet was dirty and fan wasn’t working so room was extremely hot - got offered a different room then new issue which was mattress i was feeling the springs all night. Still having the back pain. Me and my mates Won’t be coming back again to this hotel. Won’t recommend anyone

The room was lovely and clean bed was a little creeky but comfy the radiator needed bleeding as it was bubbling all night didn't sleep very well because of it. If it wasn't for the radiator my stay would have been perfect

Horrific stay. Turned up to the hotel and was turned away without any explanatino OR forewarning. Had to ring head offce, they placed me in another hotel, was assured there would be no charge, then when i went to the new hotel he tried to charge me and didnt believe me!!! Room was FILTHY and when i tried to check out there was not a member of staff on site

Sadly, I didn’t read reviews before booking. All nice stuffs written about this hotel are lies. Same story from one of the stories I read on the review above. One guy at the hotel told me Home Office raided the hotel. He didn’t let me in. I rang the hotel number and lo, I was told there’s no reservation for me after paying on Hotel.com. I waited under the rain for 2 hours trying to sort it but to no avail. I had to pay for another hotel close by. I bet I will be the last straw that will break their fraudulent back.

After paying, I tried getting in, and was told the hotel was raided by home Office few days ago, so hotel is closed. However, I still got an email saying I successfully checked in, and I haven’t gotten a refund ever since! I’ve tried getting ahold of customer service, but they are so unhelpful

Good value but no site staff has its problems
Stayed one night here. I paid £23 for a single so for the price it was very good value. The room was clean and freshly decorated. It is one of those hotels were there are no staff. In my case this had two problems: 1. their booking system does not work properly with hotel.com guests. They send the email with booking codes by email and you never get them. So you better call or you will be outside in the cold. 2. The hotel has coffee and tea in the room which is nice but they forgot to leave a kettle. Despite requesting it twice and them saying it would be dropped off it never came.

No reception not mentioned before booking. This is Oyo so be aware. Oyo customer service is really bad and based in India.Stood outside the property for almost two hours. They had my contact details mixed up. I just left the property and booked somewhere else. Be ready to spend hours on the phone if you can't access. They wouldn't refund either.
