Stayed here for 4 nights with my family (2 adults, 13, 11, 9 yr old kids). Our room was simply a room of beds, 1 double, 3 twins, 2 sinks, small desk and one chair with a small closet with 2 drawers by the door. The bathroom was just outside our room with a toilet, sink and stall shower. Everything was very clean and seemed well maintained. There is no elevator and the stairs were a little narrow so navigating with large suitcases may be challenging for some. Check in was fairly smooth in the next building, which has a 24 hr reception desk for 3 properties which are adjacent. There was a little difficulty verifying payment as I had paid with a virtual card online, and the property needed verification of ownership of the payment card. Otherwise the location was great as it was very close to a major tube station and lots of great places to eat within walking distance. There was an a/c unit in the room, however use of it required an extra fee. We did have a window and a fan in the room but as it was not too hot during our stay, we had no need for a/c. Beds were comfortable, and we had no issue with the bathroom being in use or unavailable or dirty during our stay. Room was tidied while we were out and the bathroom and shower were in good working order and kept clean. Not fancy but was perfect for what we needed.
