This is my go-to spot every time I visit my friends who live in Sherman Oaks. The price to stay here is so affordable so it beats staying on their couch the entire trip. I’ve stayed at this hotel so many times that my friends joke that it’s “my house” every time they drive by. It has everything, great staff, great service, and great location. And the rooms are always clean and the best size. You won’t regret staying here, I promise.

Based on many bookings done, so far I have received great and positive reviews about the hotel. In summary, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the headquarters and is considered a good business hotel. Situated next to the highway, the hotel is clean but shows signs of aging in the rooms. While the lobby presents a more appealing atmosphere, the rooms appear a bit run down. The service provided is commendable, with attentive staff members. However, there is some noise from the nearby highway that may disturb guests. Despite having a balcony, it was sealed shut with silicon, which seems to be a standard feature in all rooms. The rooms come equipped with a fridge (empty), a coffee machine, and a few glasses. Unfortunately, water bottles are not provided and need to be purchased from the cafe/bar. The rooms feature carpeted floors and have dirty windows that are difficult to see through clearly.
