Hotel is beautiful. Lots of art and updated features. We did have a problem with our window shades, and the shower and sink didn’t drain very well and drains smelled. Staff were nice though. Our room wasn’t cleaned the last day we were there, so we didn’t get our $30 worth of boxed water, but cleaning before was very thorough. Would stay again. Neighborhood was near ghetto, but was safe. We walked to a couple places at night, never felt unsafe. Generally a good stay.

everything was pretty good, although the water that came out of the bathroom sink smelled very strongly of rotten eggs, which was weird. in most hotels I've stayed in they provide cups to brush your teeth, however none were provided, so that could be improved. water pressure from the shower was low, but that's typical of most hotels. the bathroom was nice otherwise. bed was comfortable, and room was spacious and clean. area is close to transit so that was convenient.

The first night we stayed I believe 9th floor the bathroom had a loud fan noise and we could hear a tapping noise that was coming from inside the wall. We were moved to a different room since nothing was able to be done about this. The rest of the nights were amazing there were no noise besides the 7am protesters which was out of there hand. They have a lot of areas to take great pictures and the pool area was a great bonus.

The hotel and staff was very nice, rooms are clean. The area around the hotel is very convenient, there are instances of homeless people and people on drugs but if you’re from a city that isn’t a problem. Overall great stay would definitely stay there again.

The vibe in the entire hotel was dark and moody but so cool and beautiful. Staff was so friendly, inviting, and answered all the questions I had. Bathrooms were small and the shampoo/conditioner had a weird scent. Valet was parking was a bit expensive, but valet staff was also friendly and always had a sense of urgency. Location was great and central to many places!

I recommend this hotel! It was clean and nice. There is valet parking only so you have to pay for parking either way. But it's a great option if you plan on exploring downtown LA
