One of the nicest places I've stayed with all the amenities and high quality service for the cost, making it an amazing value. Rooms were very clean and comfy. Quality is 4.5/5. Hotel is on the east fringes of BH, so its more West Hollywood busy streets and closed up buildings. Walking score is a zero and parking is expensive at 65/night. There is no view to the south...its the wall of a shopping mall. Still very central and convenient for nice tourist stay. Overall, I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
Sofitel is conveniently located in the middle of Beverly Hills, clean, and safe area. Check in was fast and helpful, rooms are clean, a little outdated design. But service, concierge, restaurant at the property, spa was excellent. Will recommend the hotel, restaurant, and spa.
My room was very noisy and upon my request they changed my room to an upper floor. That room was comfortable and quiet which I greatly appreciated. The new room was not comparable to the first room but sleep trumped that. The staff was kind and accommodating. I would stay again in a room on a higher floor.
I'm a repeat visitor because the helpful staff is -for me- the highlight of this hotel. They work hard to make you feel comfortable and are there in a flash to assist in any way.
My only recommendation is to add bar stools to the hotel bar! There are literally 3 chairs. It's nice to have a welcoming, lively hotel bar, and that issue definitely hinders both and, undoubtedly, business.

Claudia, our room attendant was very thorough. She even left a birthday card and treat tray in the room.
Will definitely go back for another stay!

Excellent, reliable, warm service is what sets this stay apart from the rest. I would not say this is a "luxury" hotel, but they make it feel that way. From Jennifer at the front desk check-in to Adonis the bellman at check out, everyone went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. Highly recommend.

I love this place but not sure if I had VIP?
I have yet to be upgraded when I say here but hopefully next time. I love the staff and spa is nice. I will go back for sure!

My room leaked during the rain the wall was bubbled out had been for a while had to be mold I couldn’t breathe after the first night moved to another room problem solved

The staff tries so hard to be helpful. A shout out to Marta at the restaurant and Edgar in housekeeping. The room was very noisy from the airconditioner and the towels were so rough that they hurt. The elevavators both broke and staff had to ride with us each ride. Overall I dont think i would stay again. Hotel was big on making the lobby look cool and moderm but should be concentrating on buying soft towels, better firm mattresses, and not noisy airconditioners. Staff was 5 stars...

Elevators were broken for much of my stay yet I was charged for a spa fee. Guests were smoking in rooms.
