Actual rooms very clean and tidy. Beds comfortable. Looking forward to a nice drink on the rooftop ti find it was actually closed . Air conditioner very noisy.

Upper balcony was under construction and wasn’t told prior to arrival. Parking was expensive and very tight. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Close to a lot of places.

Very nice convenient stay, right near big bus tour stop and walking distance to many touristy things. Area and hotel felt safe. Parking available for a fee. Location was great and rooms were neat and clean. Rooftop bar is undergoing reno but can still go check it out. Overall great stay!

The hotel experience was very bad. In the first evening, there were many people talking and screaming in the hallways until about 5am, which makes it impossible to sleep. I let the front desk know and they still did not do anything. In the second night, as I went back into the hotel in the evening I saw the front desk person got into a physical altercation with another guest where he punched him and police was called onto the property. It was very terrible and frightening

Straight and simple the hotel room looks nice and depends or your itinerary its a great location. However $35 a night for parking is CRAZY. Also i like a bang for buck an chose this hotel because it had room service and breakfast available. Only to arrive a be told the kitchen is under construction so there is no cafe or room service and the rooftop bar is not in service either. And the towels and wash clothes all had some little stains, which did get replaced quickly but had again after day 3 the new linen was marked up.
