"The house has recently been beautifully renovated with high end appliances. It was super clean and had everything you would need for a time away from home. There were 3 bedrooms all with king size beds. The master bedroom had a private bath and the other two bedrooms had a Jack and Jill bath. The towels were really big and super fluffy. The back yard was really big with a nice table and chairs on the patio. If ever in the area again I would try to stay here."

It is good to remember in a loft a trip to the bathroom means a climb up and down in the middle of the night. The hosts were very communicative. "We booked because of the location was close to Sparrow Creek Ranch Wedding venue. We were pleasantly surprised to find a large garage (game room) to set up for the decorations and such to be used for the wedding. The property was great. We had the bride staying with us for the week of then her brother came in and spent the weekend with us. Since our family is from the North. It was so awesome to have our small family all in one place and 5 minutes from the venue. The beds were so comfortable....

"This is our second visit to this retreat, our favorite place to go for rest and relaxation. The house is perfect, the animals are great, the atmosphere inside and outside are truly beautiful. This is a place to go if you want quality time together and enjoy the wildlife. It is isolated and that is what we enjoy. The hosts are so great. We plan on another visit here in the fall."

"This is my go to spot when staying in Jacksboro, it's truly like coming home. Anna is so accommodating and friendly. She has gone to great lengths to make this property comfy and cozy, with so many cool added touches. It's in a perfect location, super quiet and plenty of space. "My first impression of this property was clean, quiet, and cozy. This is a nice place for a weekend retreat, especially if you are into fishing. It has the convenience of having a boat dock we fished off of and we were able to tie the boat off to the dock. We fished, played games, and did a lot of rest and relaxation. The only negatives: pillows were extremely uncomfortable, way to big. We all had to sleep without them. Second, the guest bathroom shower was a bit wonky. Shower curtain wrapped...

"I have always wanted an RV. This was a great way to try one out. Best of all, I didn't have to haul it or set it up and the campsite was phenomenal! This RV is set up at a retreat center, so there is plenty to do if wanted. I was looking more for time in nature, a campfire and beautiful views and I found it! As a female traveling by myself I felt completely at ease. Also there was a thunderstorm one of the nights and I felt very safe in the RV."
