The hosts were very helpful. I've never stayed anywhere with a toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving cream and a disposable razor in the bathroom. The location was a 10 minute walk out of town, but there was a chippy nearby. Rather than eat my takeaway in my room I was invited to use the dining area and supplied with cutlery. The breakfast was good as well.

Although I'd booked last minute, late in the evening, Chris & Val we're very welcoming and friendly. A Lovely en suite bathroom and a really comfortable bed was just what I needed! A full breakfast was offered alongside cereals, toast etc. Thank you, I'd definitely book again if I need accommodation in the area.

Chris and Val were the perfect host and hostess, really friendly and accommodating without being intrusive. Our room was spotless, the bed super comfortable and the power shower just what was needed in the morning. I really cannot fault our stay and would definitely book again if we're staying in Lowestoft. We were so happy with our stay I've already recommended Roesvale B&B to a friend.

Excellent bed and breakfast.
Chris & Val were very freindly and helpful hosts. The wifi, bed and other facilities are excellent, with a superb breakfast. There is a very good fish & chip shop just round the corner. The area is quiet and an ideal spot to stay.

Overnight stop - brief but lovely
Our hosts were really great, very friendly, completely accommodating and made us feel at home. The room was nice, comfortable bed with an ensuite. The only problem we had was that it was a hot night and the open window wasnt enough, we really could have done with a fan. (To be fair we didnt ask for one) Thsnks for a great stay and a really lovely breakfast! If we visit Lowestoft again we will be back.

A Little Slice of Lovely
