The glass in our Suites is purposefully cracked and always has been, it's to give privacy from Bedroom to Lounge area, whilst still allowing light to come through.I am pleased that the Team looked after you and the food was enjoyed.

Room servicing is available daily should you so wish as was outlined in your arrival letter with your key cards, so I am sorry you didn't pick up on this. We are aware of an issue with Breakfast this week, and this has been fed back to the management team to resolve and improve our service going forward, and are pleased to hear that day two was an improvement.We hope to see you again in the future.
