Pretty mediocre stay, the AC didn't work very well so it got quite stuffy at night. The washroom was basic but clean. For a budget stay it wasn't the best, wasn't the worst.

Room fit for 1 person only, bathroom not private. No lock, no fan, no fitting door to keep smells out of the bedroom.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y cerca de una estación de metro, es un edificio moderno y muy limpio, pero la habitación es muy pequeña, sin siquiera una mesa donde poner objetos y la cama muy pequeña también.

Hello Nicola, thank you for choosing us, in our establishment there is a daily cleaning service, we hope you liked it and had an optimal rest, we do not have dryers in the rooms, however we have them at the reception where you can request them.

Stayed here for convenience--short walk from Estacion Sur, and Metro stop half a block away to go to the airport. Staff very friendly. Sheets were clean but a little rough. Shower stall looked clean but smelled. Walls were thin and marked up a bit. Lobby had vending machine selling underwear which makes me wonder about clientele. Hotel sufficed but is nothing to write home about.

It’s a good basic hotel for 1 or 2 nights. We had a small room without many amenities but it was clean, staff was nice and everything worked fine

A relatively cheap hotel in a new business district of Madrid, but it's spartan - not even a wardrobe and basically if you want breakfast it's a vending machine. Staff weren't friendly nor knowledgeable. It's ~ 25 minutes walk to the centre of the city or Atocha train station but buses do run along the nearby main road. I wouldn't stay here again next time I'm in the city.

The hotel is clean. The only problem was the shower. The water came through and wet the room. I have to use all the towels to dry the floor. The shower door doesn’t have seal.

Not more than it looks
Receptionists were not super friendly (if I can smile after a 10 hour journey they could at least try as well), the room is technically the bed and that’s all which is normal considering the price. Good vending machines on the ground floor. Great budget friendly option for short trips.

Property is ok. This is after all an easy hotel and therefore basic. The beds are good but sheets are a bit worn and cleanliness of the rooms a little iffy. Overall for one night it was ok. Very fast check in and out and very organized in this respect.
