Great budget option for a 5 day stay- especially if a kitchen and washer/dryer are important amenities.! The location is 10 minutes away from the museums and other neighborhoods and also has a grocery story and bakery on the block/around the corner. It could be a bit noisy at night (seems like trash and recycling removal happens daily- in the middle of the night?!) but the blackout shutters reduced the sounds by a lot!

Hi everything was great but parking was a problem. The email sent to me said to email (no email given) to request parking. The reception was closed so there was nobody there to help. So that was the only issue, it is extremely hard to park and the local parking garages are quite a distance away, making it difficult to load and unload luggage. Thanks

Perfect stay in Madrid. Enough space for a family of 4. Walkable to major tourist spot. 7 min walk to Atocha Station where one can catch a train to the regional and direct airport trains. The reception is professsional and helpful. The condition of the property is pristine too. Definitely my new go to place when in Madrid.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We loved the outside space and enjoyed our morning coffee out there as well as hanging out as a family. The location was quiet and convenient to the train station. It was about a 20-30 minute walk to any of the plazas of interest (Plaza del Sol or Plaza Mayor). We felt safe walking home after spending time in these areas. The person at the front desk was very helpful during check-in. There were free lockers available to us until we could check in @ 4 PM. Which was very convenient. Highly recommend for a family of up to 4.

This property was great. The ease of access from the Atocha station was fabulous. Communication was top-notch and we were able to get in and out of the building with no problems. Definitely would consider staying here again.

Started out well. Property is pretty, receptionist nice . Then bed was lumpy , hole on one side of the mattress . Last night a strung out prostitute yelled nonstop between 1 and 3 and then the garbage trucks came . No sleeping . From fourth floor so windows are crap and I was afraid of going to the train station early with all the yelling and cursing going on. Not a good experience

Automatic check in and never saw any hotel staff which in 5 nights even though we had a fire alarm one night and all guests piled into street at 1AM and waited. Luckily a Spanish speaking guest called fire department and police who allowed us back into rooms after an hour in the street. NO HINT OF HOTEL STAFF EVEN THEN.

Aritz was very helpful on arrival. Clean, spacious, helpful having the 2nd bathroom with the children to get ready faster, soft pillow not too bulky, firm enough mattress, appreciate the full kitchen amenities (pots, utensils, colander, coffee machine), good Wi-Fi, but did not work at all in the bedroom (signal cut out). Full washer and dryer, but hiccup on arrival with this machine not connected on. Repair man came in the morning to fix, but he did not open the water valve to the machine, and also did not connect the water outlet hose tight enough so the water leaked out and flooded the kitchen floor. We figured it out and fixed, but this should have been done before we arrived into the apartment. Other than this mishap, highly recommend these apartments, conveniently located to walk to the museums and clean and comfortable, with full amenities, for reasonable price.

We stayed here for 5 nights and booked based on start rating and Expedia reviews. It was not worth of it. Listing down the issues we ran into: - exhaust in kitchen did not work - Poor AC conditioning, bed rooms are hot and living room gets freezing. - No front desk, call goes to call center where they start asking by city even in day. - No house keeping, as per rules it was supposed to be on demand basis but they don’t do if you stay for less than week. We stayed for 5 nights. - No soap in bathrooms. - They give you laundry/dish detergent just for first day. - Pool is very tiny - There was no battery in remote and we asked two times and finally they gave. - No towel changes, you need to-wash them to reuse.

Dear Akshya,Inform you that Eric Vokel are touristic apartments and we do not offer a everyday cleaning. If you want an extra cleaning and your stay is less than 7 days you need to pay 30 extra.On the other hand we provide courtesy amenities like soap, detergent and towels the first day of your stay.Reception time is from 9h to 17h, but you always have the emergency number available 24h.Regards
