Fantastic crew. Comfortable overall stay. Good dining options and nice bar area. Metro line within walking distance. Would definitely return as well as recommend for others visiting the area.

There's a lot places to eat close by, however the sights to see are 15 minute drive and are not walking distance.

Great hotel on outskirts of Madrid
The hotel room was very clean, had an iron and board, tea/ coffee making and a fridge. The bed was very comfy. Towels and linen changed daily with complimentary toiletries. The curtains were blackout, so light did not disturb us. The breakfast was brilliant with a special mention to Hector who kept the breakfast area clean, tidy and refreshed and was so polite and helpful. Our only one problem was the key card for our room. If kept near to a mobile phone it wiped the details off so it wouldn't work. It did this about four times, even though we were really careful with them. Reception replaced them without any fuss, but I've never experienced this before.

The only downside is that not all food selection was available from the menu on weekend nights. Airport transfers are only available on week days only.

Hotel was great location and very pleasant, only thing was shower door fell off whilst getting out of shower, this should be checked before guest arrive, staff very welcoming would stay again and recommend

I had my tranfer to china in spain, so I look for a hotel that could provide mw with free shuttle bus from the airpot to the hotel, When I arrive at the aiport I call the hotel and the front desk lady told that shuttle was only on request , so it was open I didnt have time to booking before and them when I arrive at the front desk and I want to book for the next day, the person in front desk told it was only avaible from monday to friday and in the website and in orbitz they didnt put this I was so angry I just took a 10 hours flight and only choose this hotel becuase of the shuttle bus, I didnt like that on the page it say free shuttle and them when I arrive at the property is something different and I was looking in orbitz and they didnt mention this at all, and them the staff in that hour was super rude, in a holiday inn that so pay a lot to stay and be comfortable had the worst experience, the stuff lady was tell me you can say whatever you want but we can not provide shuttle on the weeked , even do it false advertising later on the told that none holiday in provided shuttle , I couldnt no be more angry I stay in several during my business trip and I can really say when they said they have , they do have and and she was yes in american but here no.... worst staff ever and false advertising the hotel is not even near the airport . I could had choosen another near and save the money from the taxi and this really bad experience .. not recommend this hotel at all .

Next time I will stay in the centre of Madrid. The area is depressing and the food is horrible all around. The hotel staff were very nice but the hotel itself is nothing to speak of.
