We arrived late and the resteraunt was quick with a late dinner order to take up to our room. It was so nice to have it all packed up so well. The staff recognized how tired we were and were very. Helpful.

The shuttle was great to pick us up and drop us off at airport, super helpful. The restaurant at the hotel was delicious and was nice to just walk down to when you have had a busy day.

We stayed here because of the hotel's proximity to the airport. It was very nice, located in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from the airport. And even though it was so close to the airport, there was no airplane noise. The hotel was very close to a metro stop. The hotel had a restaurant and a bar, but there were also a couple of small restaurant/bars within walking distance. The free airport shuttle leaves every hour. Our room was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel

Great place to stay near Madrid International Airport. Only negative was the airport shuttle didn't operate before 6AM, so we had to pay €21 for a taxi in order to make our early flight.

Great location, the free shuttle from the airport was so convenient and a short drive. Hotel responded immediately to my whatsapp messages when we arrived. Staff were friendly, able to converse in english. The metro was only 5 minutes walk with a direct route to downtown Madrid. The buffet breakfast was amazing. I would definitly recommend.

Great location close to the airport. Lots of travel routes available into the city. I've used a bus, tram and an Uber traveling in and out of the city (for a wander and later to watch Real Madrid) and its been super easy. All the staff have been lovely and helpful.

The staff is great! All of the front desk people are welcoming, friendly, and super fast! They help a lot giving you any convenient information you may need for your trip. The shuttle service was on time and efficient. Get early for the breakfast because they start picking up the food items 30 minutes before and you ran out of food. The man in charge of the restaurant is kind of cold and he likes to demonstrate superiority by moving his finger and sending you to the ugliest table in the restaurant. Out of that, this hotel is what you need if you don’t want to pay hundreds. Clean, nice, quiet, close to everything and quick-trustable hotel.

We stayed overnight before a mid day flight the next day and was very impressed with everything. The restaurant is excellent as are the staff. Our room was large and luxurious with all the amenities you need, the included breakfast was also excellent. They also transported us from and back to the airport at no extra cost. I would highly recommend this hotel

Quick and cordial check in, lovely room, complimentary shuttle to the airport. Baffling light switches and indecipherable thermostat but that may be more to due with my unfamiliarity rather than the equipment. Highly recommend this hotel

The room was nice but the staff was not. Waiting in line to check in and there was one person. He asked us if we had a reservation and we said yes and gave him the name. He then rudely stated he was helping someone and we would have to wait our turn when all we were doing was answering his question. Then they turned us away for breakfast even though we purchased it. Had to go back and forth between the front desk and the people in the dining room.

It is close to the airport, but you have to call for the free hotel shuttle which took 30-40 minutes to arrive. There is a subway station within walking distance which can be used to go to city center. You can get a 24-hour unlimited visitor travel pass for 10 Euros. The hotel is average, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, not included in my hotel price. Uber is available in area too.

The hotel was so clean and modern look. I love the room interior. The staff was friendly and nice. I highly recommended this hotel to stay while in the airport area. Hotel also provides a shuttle bus to the airport.

This is a great hotel near Barajas. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were all welcoming and professional. The shuttle had us at Terminal 1 in less than 10 minutes. We will definitely stay here again while flying into or out of Madrid.
