Dear Keith, Let me thank you first of all for having the opportunity to explain what it happens. It is true that due to the pandemic the hotel you booked with is already closed. However, the pictures you send is not the hotel you booked with as the other property is a hundred meters away down this one. As it wasn´t possible to have the other one open on time, we had another one for all our guests where all booking were moved.
