BE WARNED
Hotel cancelled my booking with no warning! I learned about it by chance when I called the hotel about my check-in time. Then I was told that there is no room for me. I wasn't even offered an apology - the reception guy (who barely spoke any English) instead tried to blame me for "not reconfirming the arrival". Only thanks to the intervention of Hotels.com I had a place to stay that night. So, if you are considering booking that hotel, consider yourself warned.

WARNING! The hotel refused to honour my confirmed booking altogether. When I rang the hotel up to advise about my late arrival the same night (as I was driving from a different country), I was told that they had no room for me! I was offered no apologies, no "sorry", nothing. The reception guy even went to blame me for "not reconfirming the booking before 6pm" (which was neither required nor true as I emailed them the same morning advising about late arrival). Additionally, the guy spoke hardly any English and even basic conversation with him was a nightmare. Terrible experience when at 10pm and on the road you learn that you have no place to stay. I am very grateful to HOTELS.COM staff who stepped in and instantly found me a room in a different hotel in the area without charging a penny. As for hotel Ottersleben, if you think about booking it, BE WARNED!

Es hat uns gut gefallen,die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Tæt på motorvejen og ca. 5 km til centrum.
Det har været en fin oplevelse, man skal dog være opmærksom på at der er lyt mellem værelserne.

Einfache Übernachtung
Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet aber sauber. Das Bad war schön. Die Umgebung ruhig. Reception war bei Ankunft geschlossen und wir mussten auf eine Nr anrufen. Eine Frau kam in Pantoffeln und hatte etwas Mühe unsere Buchung zu finden. Ansonsten alles gut.

Preis Leistung stimmen überein, es ist kein 5sterne hotel aber für den kleinen Geldbeutel oder für einen zwischen stop ist es völlig ausreichend

Das Hotel war überbucht, wir wurden dann in einem sogenannten "Partnerhotel" untergebracht. Es entsprach nicht unserem Standard

Ich habe aufgrund einer Fortbildung 6 Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Das Hotel machte von außen einen unscheinbaren Eindruck und sah eher nach einer Pension aus. Das Zimmer war mit zwei Einzelbetten, Schrank, Fernseher, Tisch und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Fön. Der Zustand des Zimmers war ohne Mängel. Die Umgebung des Hotels war etwas außerhalb von Magdeburg, aber innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Es stehen außerdem genügend Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel zur Verfügung.

Jobb ha sátorral érkezel a hotel ottersleben-be
Sajnos nem tudom megosztani a tapasztalatomat,mivel a három héttel korábban lefoglalt ,(és megegyezett ár ) szobát megérkezésemkor nem tudták biztosítani. Ezért elküldtek egy másik szállodába ahol viszont már nem a megegyezett árért ,hanem magasabb árért akartak szobát biztosítani. Természetesen azonnal otthagytam azt a szállodát is ,és saját magam kerestem egy másik szállodát.( Ugyan annyiért mint az előre lefoglalt szállásom került volna !!!). Mert hüly(j)e azért nem vagyok ! Úgy hogy sajnálom nem tudtam az előre lefoglalt szállodába lakni.Igaz a második foglalásomra már igérték hogy meg lesz a szoba ,de köszönöm már nem érdekelt .És a csattanója a történteknek,hogy a Szálloda ahol is megszálltam nem is két napot,hanem egy hetet töltöttem el.

God beliggenhed nær motorvej
Uden at forvente det helt storer, er det et godt lille hotel til overnatning på farten nærved motorvej. Vi sov godt, og kunne køre videre dagen efter godt udhvilet.

Hotel Ottersleben Magdeburg - da evitare
Prima impressione: zona di accesso non permetteva parcheggio e obbligava a percorrere 30 metri in cantiere di pavimentazione Reception inaccessibile: ho dovuto andare a cercare il titolare intorno all'albergo - nel frattempo mi è capitato di entrare nella cucina che mi ha dato unimpressione di igiene scarsissima Camera: - assolutamente non insonorizzata, impossibile riposare anche con vicini abbastanza silenziosi - letti cigolanti e sfondati - mancanza telefono, asciugacapelli. Finale a sorpresa: abbiamo dovuto uscire dalla finestra della camera perché serratura si era rotta.....Abbiamo atteso circa mezz'ora ma gli impegni di lavoro non mi hanno permesso un'attesa più lunga. Non riesco a comprendere come abbiate potuto attribuire 3 stelle a questo hotel.
