*Easy check in *Pleasing holiday decor *Great family friendly floor plan *Stocked kitchen with everything you need *Stocked Landry area with detergent, fabric softer, dry sheets *Child's room stocked with toys *Child's room bedding needed to be refreshed *Pool heat not warm enough to truly enjoy *Jacuzzi is not what one would topically except. It's the same temperature as the pool *Quiet working class neighborhood. *Car covered and parked on the side front of the grass. *Inside of the home decor is welcoming *Front of the home could be more welcoming *Towels are provided. New white towels would be more appealing. More hand towels and wash clothes would be beneficial. *Pleanty of outdoor setting is a plus *Bedrooms have a TV, great closet space with hangers and bath robes.

Wonderful location yet pool and hot tub were not warm
The location, laid-back vibe, and amenities were wonderful. However, the hot tub did not get hot, and heating the pool made the temperature lukewarm in both the hot tub and the pool. The location was great, close to shopping and dining. Future renters should be aware that the jacuzzi is only bubbling, lukewarm water, and does not get warm like a typical jacuzzi. Overall the stay was just what we needed for a weekend getaway but disappointed in no hot jacuzzi and only a slightly warm pool.

We would stay here again
Pleasant, quiet neighborhood with many trees and plants. Very convenient location for us because we wanted to be near Winter Park. Comfortable beds, plenty of seating and lounge space for our family of 5. Kitchen has everything needed for preparing food, and there is an outdoor griddle. Screened in pool area is lovely and there is also plenty of nice, outdoor seating. We would stay here again.

Excellent Property!
We are so thankful to have found this property! My husband and I had searched for weeks for just the right property only to have to pivot at the last minute to a new one. With the help of VRBO and Juan we were able to book and access the property on the same day. The home is beautiful and extremely well appointed! Even the sheets were high quality! It was all about the pool for us and it did not disappoint. Juan and Vivian were terrific hosts and we will book this property again if available.

Perfect home for our large family.
The home contained everything you need from the kitchen to the pool. Nice spaces to stretch out or gather together for dinner. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub. The owner was quick to answer our emails for any questions we might have. Beautifully decorated and very clean.

Absolutely wonderful!
The description/pictures do not do justice to how nice this home is. The space was clean and more than we expected. The multiple seating areas were so great. The rooms that walk out into the patio/pool area is amazing. They have everything you needed in a house rental. I wanted to stay longer and I will certainly book this house again. What a fantastic experience. Nothing was off limits and the disco light speaker is in my Amazon cart right now. This was top notch and the entire family loved it!

Amazing property
This property was beautiful with every amenity you could ask for. The house was in immaculate condition and decorated beautifully with modern and comfortable furnishings. The owner was very welcoming and available with a phone call. To be able to get our family together after a long break due to Covid was priceless. We had all the appliances needed to cook meals together and made many great memories. I would encourage anyone looking for a home to rent to stay here, well worth the money.

Juan had everything ready for us. The rooms, kitchen and living areas were spotless, and the pool and deck area where we spent most of our time was well equipped (pool toys,grills, and large table with umbrella) Very quiet and relaxing

Spring Break April 2022
We really enjoyed our stay at the Casa Feliz. The bedding was very comfortable and lots of soft blankets and pillows too. Each room had a large TV, which was nice. We did request for the heated pool, which was an extra per day. A few days the pool and hot tub were not heating and Juan helped fix the issues and he was very polite in responding. We just wished the didn't not have a timer on them between 7am-9pm and it stayed heated the entire time. We did pay for a whole day we should be able to use it whenever. Overall, the house is great and very comfortable and the decor are unique. This kids loved the piano and the rally enjoyed the pool. I would like to recommend adding some games like a dart board outside and some speakers. Thanks for letting us stay at your rental home. We really did have a relaxing time and will be back again in the future.

The house was exactly as advertised. Very spacious and clean. Juan our contact was very good with us helping with TV set and heating of the hot tub and pool controls.. Fabulous 4 night stay!
We were here for our daughter’s wedding for 4 nights. Great location. Clean, amazing host, everything we needed to make it a perfect stay. My daughter left her bathing suit behind. Juan took the time & effort to mail it to her. We will most definitely be back!! Perfection!

Perfect Weekend
To start, Juan was extremely helpful and had great communication from the start till the end. The house is very well kept and cozy. I booked the property and all of my friends kept thanking me throughout the weekend because of how nice of a place it was to stay at. Will definitely be back next November and I highly recommend for anyone staying in Orlando as the drive is really a breeze to and from the downtown area.

You know a place is high quality when the mattresses are super comfy!! Modern appliances and fully equipped kitchen. The home was pristine and beautiful. Communicated with Juan while we were there and got response in a timely manner, considering it was a Sunday. It was a wonderful place to stay while helping my son move in to college for the first time. Would love to stay here again for future visits.

Daughter's 11yo celebration
I rented this property to celebrate my daughter's 11th birthday. It was me, my sister, daughter and a few other family members who stayed. The neighborhood is nice with cute homes. My family loved the home. It is well decorated with interesting art. The property owner was always very responsive and pleasant. We definitely want to go back. I'm also interested in checking out some of his other properties.
