"We booked this place to stay while visiting a number of local colleges with out high school daughter. This unit was a perfect size for our family of three and very peaceful after long days of driving and touring schools. Very cozy and had all the amenities that we needed. We loved the quiet of staying in Topanga; at night the loudest things were the frogs on the creek. Would certainly stay again the next time we're in LA!"

"Overall great stay. House needs some work. Dishwasher not working, kitchen not very well stocked. Submitted a claim for the dishwasher and never heard back from anyone. But this I would put on Vacasa and not necessarily the host. But the view was gorgeous and lots of room. Gave 5 star because it was very clean and it is beautiful. Issues we had were just inconveniences."
