The hotel lives up to its 4 star rating. The reception staff and cleaners were always friendly, the buffet kept things interesting by changing the options every mealtime and the pool area next to the snack bar is the place to be on a sunny day, especially with the beach being a stone's throw away. And with it being adult-only, the stay was very relaxing. Where the hotel can improve is the entertainment. The evening shows were decent, but to get involved in any daytime activities, you have to speak to entertainment staff, who were hard to track down. And when we asked reception or bar staff about it, they didn't know anything. As a result, we missed out on cool activities like archery, paddle boarding and quizzes. Also, as a result of a storm, the water by the beach was filled with jellyfish. A flag signalled this the 1st day, then was green the next, despite there still being loads of jellyfish. We got stung thanks to this misinformation. Having said this, the beach flags may be the responsibility of the local council rather than the resort. We also found the al a carte restaurants to be disappointing. The quality of the food in the Italian one was no better than what you get in the buffet, and the days each restaurant is open is incredibly restrictive. Another thing that is restrictive is the choice of drinks. We went all inclusive, yet the range of cocktails were underwhelming. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would recommend more for a short trip (4-5 days).

the hotel is run down. I know the Alua network and this is a different standard. Dirty room, changed twice. Salt water in the taps and in the shower. Bad smell in the room.. 3 stars not 4

Great stay!
Amazing stay, spacious room and clean! Good location right on the beach Cala egos, main pool was packed every day and could never find spare bed at 8am from people ‘reserving them’ but there’s more seating in the other smaller older pool which is actually closer to the beach. One critique was food was quite mundane and didn’t offer much variety day to day. Would recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday

The hotel is in an excellent location. The beach on the property is beautiful. However, there are a ton of stairs..main elevator was broken. Buffet food was mediocre.

The hotel room was spacious - we had a jr suite but housekeeping wasn’t the best & there was rust in our bathroom. Hotel grounds were nice & common spaces were clean. The area of Cala egos is very touristy, not that authentic Mallorca feel.

Great hotel in a stunning location. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. Great evening entertainment. The all inclusive only included certain drinks etc so that was a little unclear. The buffet in general was very good with some made to order things like omlettes in the morning or grilled meat/fish for other meals. The only major thing I would change is that I would have really liked an indoor gym with a wider range of dumbells/ weights as the only workout area they had was outside which actually was too hot to really use in August and it would have been nice to get a little workout in in the morning before all the food!

Overall our stay was good - we like - food, area, staff. There is misleading disclosure when booking. You need to stay 1 week to get the a paid carte restaurant included other it’s $35 per person per meal. We stayed 5 nights. There is only 1 restaurant (included) which is available for 3 meals a day which becomes tiresome and a bit like boarding school. It’s packed at meal times because almost all guests dine there as it’s the only option. Air conditioning was terrible as was the WiFi. The area is beautiful and the staff are helpful.

The hotel is nice but definitely shows signs of aging. we had two separate rooms for 2 couples and in one room the safe was broken and in the other room the Air Con broke on the first night and made a big mess on the floor with water dripping everywhere. Also the bathroom toilet area is EXTREMELY small. Overall, it was a nice accommodation but can use some refreshing.

Set beside the most stunning cove, this resort was absolutely perfect for our first time exploring Mallorca. Beautifully appointed, modern, sunny room overlooking the pool and beach was worth paying the little extra to upgrade and we really enjoyed the extensive choice of meals available as part of the half board package. Great location within walking distance to the small cluster of shops and restaurants and not far to walk to the gorgeous port for a fresh seafood dinner when we felt like a little change. One downside is the beach is not private so locals and other holiday makers do flock here and it’s often very busy, but otherwise we loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to a couple looking for a relaxing or romantic getaway.

This is a fabulous hotel if you’re wanting a child free all inclusive holiday. The staff are ALL so very friendly and obliging. The food is delicious there’s so much selection to be had if you can’t find something you like you must be a very fussy eater. The rooms are a nice size with lovely balconies. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel in great location
Beautiful hotel but balconies were a bit small and not very private. Had to stand up to see the view. Had some noise from entertainment at neighbouring hotel for a couple of nights. Pool area was quite compact but clean. ots of restaurants within walking distance and lovely beach as Es Pou!

Beautifully located right on Cala Egos. Very clean hotel with comfy rooms. Lots of lounging space, especially the lie flat "beds" inside building #1. Staff very friendly. The food, apart from breakfast, was a big disappointment. Lots of it but bland and repetitive (the desserts in particular). It appeared that the main focus of the catering was on convenience for the chefs rather than tasty food for the clients.The breakfast was good. The was tunnel (drain?) in the rock-face by the beach and it emitted jet black water into the cove. I did alert staff at the hotel.

The hotel was incredibly clean and well presented. We enjoyed our time here. I even took part in a range of day activities including pool volley ball, table tennis, pool basketball. The breakfast was vast and the time slot for eating accommodating to late sleepers. We were not taken with the immediate town which is very touristy and a bit of a rip off. A much better option is heading to the nearby marina. Lovely restaurants and a much better vibe. Ask the hotel to help with a booking and you can either drive or catch the little bus/train that operates. We would consider staying here again, although if you like boutique/cool this isn’t for you. This is mass market but admittedly done incredibly well.
