Great Stat
Great stay, room good size, really clean. Beds comfy. Plenty of storage for clothes. Reception sorted a travel cot for us no problems. Nice and quiet in the evenings which was great with having a young child with us

Polensa is a amazing area and quiet, so not for all. The property is very nice for what we wanted but a little far from Beach and parking is not easy. The staff are very helpful, and everything thing was very straightforward. Great 3 star property and the bar staff making amazing cocktails. Everything works as expected and above average for 3 stars.

If you don’t like sleep, just go.
Property not too bad, a little tired in places, used twice before so knew what to expect. What we didn’t bargain for was the tremendous racket going on till 2-3am most nights. Hotel only about a third full but must have had the 10 most disruptive people on the island, in there. As one group left, more seemed to take their place. Shouting, screaming, thundering up and down steps, jumping in and shouting, laughing around the pool, even though it closed at 8pm. Didn’t seem to bother these few individuals. Think we will use a better class of apartments next time, and hope people know how to behave respectfully…..

Great sized apartment, and very convenient location for buses and walking to the port and the supermarket. Very happy with the accommodation. The only thing was the WiFi didn’t reach our flat- not a problem for those with data though.

Carmen was great and the technician too !!! Good communication !!! But the season is very slow ( November ) a lot of rain so everything was close !!! And they need pay more attention to details in the bathroom and bedsheets !!! Housekeeping was every other day the change everything…

Ok - but not great!
Stayed here for 2 nights. Parking is fine. We stayed in December and the pool was full of leaves. Apartment is quite big but cold and a little damp. Heating is effective if you can figure out how to turn it on. Not much to eat locally but head into Pollença and there are plenty of lovely restaurants. We will return, but mainly due to the price.

Not really as advertised. * No 24/7 reception * Resturant was closed throughout the stay due to the time of year * Wi-Fi didn’t reach the room * Pool was full of leaves Ultimately, I spent all day cycling and didn’t use the apartment much, but if I was staying there for a holiday I would be pretty disappointed.

Facilities in 2nd bedroom very poor..no wardrobe, chest etc. Would have been impossible for 4 adults. We were not told that after 1st nov. everything closed down..no kitchen or bar opened. very inconvenient with 3 young children. After 1st nov. reception only manned between 9am and 5 pm. As a result we were not able to check out correctly so could not claim our deposit back for the safe key. Worse still overnight a key was put in our door .I assume to notify cleaning staff we would be leaving,so anyone could have come in. This is totally unacceptable.

Apartments in Puerto Pollensa
Lovely apartments in a good location and beautiful grounds/gardens. Only negative is a few more new Sun loungers could be invested in to ensure all guests can have a good quality lounger. David the kids entertainer was fantastic and my boys enjoyed his cocktail games.

Convenient, clean apartment with NO COFFEE MAKER
We were pleased with the size and cleanliness of the apartment, the heating worked well and there was plenty of bedding and towels. Because we were staying in November, there was no one on the reception at any time and no on-site restaurant. We had to call a mobile number to find someone to take our keys to check out. The shower head fell off the wall which we had to fix ourselves, the bathroom door wouldn't close and above all there was no cafetiere or machine for making coffee (despite being advertised as supplied). The plastic protective sheets on the beds had a hostel feel about them. So not 100% happy but it was affordable and convenient.

If paying for anything from the bar, make sure you check your change. Staff shortchanged our party three times and two other parties also experienced this.

Ideally suited for families and friends
Everything is on hand for a relaxing holiday. Three super swimming pools and plenty of loungers are provided and long sandy beaches just 15 minutes walk away. The charming port is just 10 minutes walk away where the are restaurants and bars for everyone The hotel offers plenty of tours and trips and there is entertainment for the family

Have stayed here before and was happy but this time we were in a different apartment and it was lovely - much nicer than previous apartment. It was very spacious for only two people and very nicely decorated.

Although the apartment was competitively priced it was damp with patches on the wall. The floor was not clean. The kitchen, bathroom and decor were modern. My young daughter loved the kids pool.

A real bargain
We didn't actually get the premium apartment we had booked, but arriving after midnight and having paid so little anyway we couldn't be bothered to make a fuss. We were in fact very comfortable in the apartment we were given, even though it obviously had seen better days. All of our special requests had been met, so we were in a quiet area of the complex, got the best of the sun on our balcony and weren't close to the busy road outside. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful, the room would have been cleaned every day if we hadn't declined the offer on at least one occasion and a lot of attention seemed to be given to keeping the extensive grounds tidy. Being regular visitors to Puerto Pollensa, we knew that Habitat is on the outskirts of the town, so its location was not a problem for us: if anything, we were happy to be slightly away from the centre. Above all, paying less than £200 for a week in our favourite holiday resort was a real bargain, so we were more than content in our choice of Apartamentos Habitat.

Le rapport qualité-prix est tout à fait correct, le logement est à environ 15 minutes à pied de Port de Pollensa, il y a un petit supermarché en face, pratique si on arrive tard, ainsi que quelques restaurants. Malgré la proximité d'une grande rue, c'est assez calme. Comme dans beaucoup d'appart-hôtels, l'isolation intérieure n'est pas parfaite, nous avons pas mal entendu les bruits de chaises déplacées dans l'appartement au-dessus du nôtre. Il y a des places de parking à l'intérieur de la résidence, mais elles sont souvent prises, ce n'est pas un problème, car il y a également un parking extérieur. Pour rayonner dans le nord de l'île, l'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de Pollensa, de la mer, d'Alcudia et du cap de Formentor. On peut aussi faire des balades dans les petites montagnes derrière la résidence. Si vous cherchez un hébergement pratique à prix abordables, c'est un bon compromis.

Alt i alt synes vi, at det var et dejligt sted at bo, men vi havde altan tæt på vejen, som var meget befærdet. Derudover synes vi, at stedet trænger til nye solsenge, da de var meget slidte. Personalet var søde og imødekommende, og lejligheden fungerede fint.
